The Bear Paw Clubhouse was a huge hit with the kids. My husband and I had to take turns working and handling meetings and the clubhouse kept our kids busy for several hours (with adult supervision). There is mini golf, pools, ping pong, and more. The location is great, 10-15 min from downtown and close to other restaurants and grocery stores (5 min).

Loved the location and the condo. Would have appreciated being told that the accommodations can be either an upstairs or downstairs unit when booking online. The staff was amazing though and we enjoyed it there.

We checked in late at night but it went smoothly and efficiently. The condo was comfortable, clean, well stocked with all necessary items. Overall we’d stay there again.

Very clean and quiet property as well as the unit I stayed in. Thats pretty much all that natters to me. I will definitely stay here if I come back. Also great location to alot of things.

The state was very pleasant some issues with the neighbors vacuuming their apartment at 7 o’clock in the morning. Other than that perfect additionally should consideration be given to adults in the hot tubs only.

All was well except you should put actual pictures of the room the person is actually getting and let people know if it is an upstairs or downstairs facility. This place wouldn’t have worked if I had brought my in-laws. They can’t do stairs!

It was a relaxing break in our travels

Very well managed property. Great to have unit washer and dryer and they provided everything we needed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were able to stay very close to the clubhouse (swimming pool etc) so it was great for our kids. We had fire alarm beeping first morning and woke everyone up early. It was due to the low battery. We called and they fixed it within one hour or so. We can see us coming back here in the future we had a great time!

I thought the property was nice in a great location with plenty of amenities. However, according to the photo with the vaulted ceilings, I wasn’t expecting to be stuck in a basement rental. Hearing people walking around above you for a week did get a little annoying. Other than that it was a nice rental.

Great location! The property is a bit quieter if you are looking for that. The only drawback is the hot tub was not open that late. But other than that, we had a great time and it was perfect.

We really enjoyed this one bedroom condo unit. The location was great for visiting the Grand Canyon and Flagstaff. Everyone was very helpful and the check-in experience was awesome. We had a cute little front porch and the kitchen was well stocked and supplied. We loved having a small washer and dryer in the unit. We would stay here again for sure!

Didn't know it was a lower unit with stairs down. One guest managed stairs but would have been better without. Loved the patio door/deck.

Great stay, certainly make sure there’s enough sleeping room, We tried to use the pull out bed but both kids got very itchy. They ended up sleeping on the couch and the recliner, When I first booked it out I was told there where four beds, So I recommend calling the Club and asking when your booking, but we had a great day very nice staff and the bear Paw Clubhouse was great for the kids and family! I'll stay here again just in a bigger unit

Great place to stay for an adventurous Arizona trip. Great central location and cute house.

Place was super clean lovely neighborhood just like photos. Cons you can hear every step the unit above makes. You can hear the toilet flush from the unit above.

Great service at Wyndham, got our Grand Canyon trip in but no golf, weather did not cooperate, fortunately hot tub and fitness center were open!

Nice place for the cost but only windows were where the neighbors entered their unit or the sliding door in the bedroom which faced the street.

My husband and I stayed three nights in a one-bedroom villa - four units, two on each side. Our room was the downstairs ‘B’ unit. We could hear the family above us walking around and the kids running around, starting at 6:30am. Quiet hours only go until 6:30am, which is a bit early compared to other resorts. The accommodations were very nice and comfortable although the downstairs ‘B’ unit has about ten steps of stairs to get down to the room, so it’s a bit cumbersome when carrying luggage. Elderly or those that have trouble on stairs should be aware of this setup. Otherwise, we were pleased with the one-bedroom, living room and kitchen space for two people.

The stay was very nice. The apartment was a downstairs unit. Which was a touch noisy with children in the above unit. We asked if we could be relocated, but apparently they were full. The unit shown had a fireplace, and this unit did not. Other than that, the room was great, staff very friendly. Very nice stay

Check is was delayed by two hours but we were accommodated with vouchers for the Oakmont restaurant
