We really enjoyed our stay last summer. All of the upgrades were noticed and greatly appreciated. Thank you for helping us with the lock issue. The people that fixed it were very friendly and responsive to the problem. Thank you! We will be back in 2025!

Everything was good with Erica's Sandpiper this year. We liked the updates/improvements that had been made.

Our stay was perfect! Weather and water were beautiful all week and the house was perfect for our family! We have been renting houses in the Fort Morgan/Gulf Shores area for 30+ years now and Erica's Sandpiper is officially my favorite. The location and accommodations can't be beat! The new deck was great. We also enjoyed getting to sit on the deck and watch the wedding at the Egret this week. (We stayed at the Egret last year and moved to Erica's Sandpiper this year due to the wedding party having already booked the Egret for this year). The house was very clean when we arrived and we did not have any issues arise during our stay so we did not have any contact with the management company. Love having all of the childproof gates on the porches and around the pool. This is especially helpful for containing my rambunctious 4 year old (we have a pool at home as well so we are always conscious of his whereabouts when outside, but the gates with locks that he can't open are a nice added peace of mind). We will definitely be back to Erica's Sandpiper in the future! Due to some family health issues that have recently arisen, we are not able to pin down vacation dates/plans for next summer yet, but even if not next year, we will for sure be back!

Perfect for us in every way. And Rick and Susan were wonderful communicators! Always responding. We have stayed here before, and the new decks and interior updates are fantastic!!!

What a wonderful time we had! It was such a great experience and everything was wonderful. Last September we celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary and of course we had a great party but felt we had to celebrate a little more! With a lot of planning we were able to come with a date that everyone could come. Your house was perfect for us! Enough beds and bathrooms to go around.

Great trip! The management company was awesome. They replaced the hinges on the back door and serviced one of the air units. Overall a fantastic trip. We accidentally left some clothes and they ran them down and sent them too! Thanks again for another great vacation!

It was our 1st time renting a house on the beach and we are hooked. The house was set up perfectly for entertaining etc... You mentioned the Blue Angels, wow what a show. It felt like they were putting on a show just for west beach. Super cool! Really nothing negative maintenance wise or for that matter anything about your house. My entire family really enjoyed it!

Lots of space for all of us. All on one level, which was very nice. TWO living rooms, oh, and TWO refrigerators. Great location, with a wide open beach area. We had the best stay. Thank you!

Perfect location! From the moment we stepped on the property it was great! The location was perfect to spend time at the beach or go to the city and enjoy the sites. When things didn't work right, the management company came right away to address the issue. They were very cooperative and showed my friends and I lots of hospitality! I will definitely be renting here again!

Right on the beach. Beach sand is soft and white. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are quiet. Kitchen is well supplied with 2 refrigerators. Pool under house with lots of loungers. Perfect for our group of 17. Even had a high chair. Clean. Great communication with management company and owners. Would consider it again if we had a large group.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home it was beautiful and perfect for our wedding yesterday!! We will surely be looking forward to staying with you again for a family vacation.

We had a great time and really enjoyed the house. We had an issue with 1 toilet (broken flusher) and it was quickly fixed. We had some brown water 1 day and the maintenance guy came quickly and told us it was due to something with the city pipes; it was only for a short time. We saw the pool guys a few times and they were always friendly. We enjoyed the cheese cake - thank you!

We had a great time! This was our first time renting a beach house as we normally rent multiple condos instead. We really enjoyed your property at Erica's Sandpiper! I've communicated some with Kaiser and they were great! We accidentally left a few items behind, first time doing that, and Ashley dropped off those items to UPS today to ship back to me. I was pleasantly surprised by this! All in all, we had a great overall experience!

We loved it! Everything was great and several of our guests were first time visitors to Gulf Shores.

We rented Erica's Sandpiper and The Egret for a week for a family vacation and wedding. They were both fantastic houses and surpassed our expectations! Everything was nice and clean, the views of the Gulf from the upper decks were breathtaking, and we even had wonderful views of dolphins from the upper decks at both houses! We would definitely stay at either of these houses again or even a different Bama Beach House. The owners were very easy to work with. The property management company was attentive. There was one issue getting the Gulf side door to open on Erica's Sandpiper. We reported it and someone came out right away to repair it.

You have a beautiful beach home! It was perfect for our family - we had a wonderful time. The Little's loved the pool - that was a nice treat! We tried to leave it as we found it.... The kitchen was nicely stocked. Two coffee makers was nice. This was our first family trip to Gulf Shores we hope to return again - we usually go to Mexico Beach but as you know most of the houses were destroyed in the storm. Your house is in a perfect area with not much traffic, very nice! Thank you for the use of your home.

It was a nice place to stay and we would stay there again.
