This was the perfect location to host a low key weekend wellness retreat with 8 of our friends. People slept comfortably. The master bedroom can have doors to the left and right opened and the bed is extremely cozy. We hosted a sound bath in the front yard and massages. The hot tub and bocce ball court are excellent activities. The weather was beautiful. Friends went on hikes nearby. And the kitchen was spectacular for prep. The wet bar is a excellent place to make drinks and coffee. The house feels cozy despite its size. It is well stocked with cups of all sizes, bowls, plates and hot water taps. It's private so your guests can feel free to maximize their wellness.

This property is such a relaxing, tranquil place tucked in the hills of Carmel Valley. We had the best time enjoying the property - fire pit, jacuzzi, and all of the fabulous outdoor furniture. It had everything we needed. We will certainly return!

The home was perfect except that it was 100 degrees and no ac in the house. They did bring a portable ac but this house is huge. Only one box fan and one small one. There should have been more fans in the house. We had to leave during the day because it was just so hot you couldn't stay in the house. This house is perfect for a winter stay. It was unseasonably warm, it's usually not that hot. House had everything you could want with AMAZING views. Beds super comfortable.

Wow! That was our reaction upon arriving at this property. It was everything we hoped it would be - and so much more. Gorgeous site; amazing view; beautiful home. It's hard to imagine enough superlatives to describe this place. We felt like we were staying at a friend's house, trusted to share all of the special things that make this place “home.” We played bocce; we ate in the courtyard; we enjoyed the hot tub; we walked back and forth to the village - which is less than a mile away; we just relaxed and enjoyed our time together. We were a group of 6 adults and 1 toddler and the space was perfect. We had one maintenance issue during our stay. It wasn't critical, but we received a response within 10 seconds of reporting it - and someone came out to fix it yet that day. We were amazed at the attention we received. This was our first visit to Carmel Valley, but certainly not our last! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. Family vacations are sacred for us - planned out for months and whisked away far too quickly. This one lingered. We are grateful.

You cannot unpack your clothes in the master bedroom, the dresser and Armour are not for guests and filled with items. The fireplace had some issues with going out. .a lot. But we pushed through it. These were all items previous reviews mentioned so we were prepared and it didn't damper our experience. The pictures of the house don't give you all the beauty and wow factor of this property inside and out. We loved our stay.

This was such a great location for a girls weekend. We hadn't seen each other in so long due to the pandemic! The only issue we tried to communicate but wasn't able to get through to anyone was that the garbage disposal wasn't working, so we tried to be as mindful as possible when doing the dishes. Sorry! Otherwise, everyone was super accommodating. The views were amazing and it was such a beautiful spot. We didn't even need to go anywhere because we had so much fun! My girlfriends were looking to book again in the future for their own families and loved ones!

The property and views are gorgeous. The house is chock full of beautiful Mexican and Southwestern art and furniture. We felt as though we were floating high above the hills in complete privacy even though we were minutes away from the village, restaurants, hiking and all the coastal attractions. I especially loved the outdoor dining and lounging areas; unfortunately it was too cold and windy to enjoy them fully. My only complaint is that the drawers in the MBR dresser were filled with the owner's clothes. And all the drawers and cabinets in the bathroom were crammed with what were clearly the owner's toiletries. I couldn't help but feel like he/she had just gone out for an errand and would be back any minute. So that sense of the “invisible owner” was completely absent.

Amazing property both interior and exterior. Photos online don’t reveal half of what the grounds and home have to offer. . A treasure I’m hoping no one else discovers so we have more access to. Spanish themed furnishing were stunning. Indoor and outdoor entertaining and relaxing areas with 360 views kept us from venturing off too often. Golf, hiking and restaurants within minutes. Coming home from the few outing to enjoy cocktails and the views was the highlight. Maintained spotless care inside and out. We’ve already booked two separate stays before even leaving.

The house is beautiful and was the perfect spot for a treat my family for a small getaway. The home is spacious and impressive. Some of the dishes had some residue (either from previous renters or bad dishwasher), otherwise everything was great! The offer for extended check-out for an extra $50 was perfect because it gave us enough time to continue enjoying the home while we packed our things.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had more than enough space for 8 guests (4 couples). The views were gorgeous and accommodations were very comfortable

This is an amazing house. The weather was perfect. We had fun trying out all of the different seating areas, the hot tub and bocce ball court. The views from every area was amazing and the stars at night....wow.. This house has everything you need and more. It is so private you feel like you are on the top of the world. Can't wait to come back.

Thank you Sean, we had a wonderful weekend at the hilltop Carmel Valley home. The property is stunning, the home is very comfortable. We loved sitting on the patio in the morning and evening hours, sipping our wine and taking in the amazing valley view. The bocce ball court was a wonderful added activity.

More directions are needed for TV's. Some of the electrical outlets are in need of replacing. There are pet stains on the carpeting and some torn areas.In the master bathroom there is one window blind missing.Laundry room is a disaster. This is our first day here so hoping for a better experience

My siblings an I planned an anniversary weekend getaway for our parents! The house was nice and clean a total Intimate destination. The Hot tub was great it overlooks all of the valley. Great gathering spaces for family. The architecture of the house allows for great views Carmel valley. Perfect for bike riding.

The company was very flexible and easy to work with. House clean and comfortable nice barbecue area and hot tub.

We had a great time the house was clean and everything in proper shape. The decor in the house was tasteful and he property's location Is great and quiet. Manuel went beyond to make our stay memorable always available for questions.

We really enjoyed our visit to Monterey bay. The house felt like home it had beautiful art on the walls to add everything was neat "Can't wait to rent again."

The grounds are incredible. The views are incredible. The linens and mattress pads are just like sleeping at home. The ambience throughout all of the many conversation areas is amazing.Thank you very much for the opportunity to experience this wonderful home.
