Owners easy to contact. The pool table was missing a few balls and after emailing the owner, someone came the same day to deliver the missing balls. We had a great time with our family (24 of us)!

While reviewing homes to book I went based off of pictures. This home looked perfect. Themed rooms, pool, game room what else did we need? The pictures were EXTREMELY deceiving. The house was disgusting. I understand it is a rental but this was far beyond the normal "scuff marks". Main bedroom downstairs had an old baby bottle underneath the nightstand, toothpick/floss on the floor, and crumbs along the bed. The walls were extremely dirty as well. One of the walls seemed as if someone through food and it just ran down the walls. The game room has broken pool poles, missing balls, and put for air hockey table. They did have someone drop off new poles so that was at least nice. They charge a cleaning fee upon you leaving which is completely understandable but it is very disappointing to not have the property properly cleaned when arriving. It made me extremely nervous especially traveling with young children. Due to COVID you would expect a deep cleaning, as well as sanitizing. If floss and toothpicks were left on the floor I highly doubt any type of disinfection was done. Also beware to take toilet paper. We were only left with the toilet paper that was left over from the lasts guests because it was not even new rolls. I would not stay or book again.

The home was decent. There were very nice home decor and mostly decent furniture. The home had so many wall stains and floor stains everywhere, lots of broken fixtures including broken hockey puck, which they just set back together on the hockey table like it wasn’t broken in half. Overall, I’m disappointed, for the amount I paid I was expecting a cleaner home! But the home was equipped with lots of kitchen utensils and towels! I will go somewhere else next time.

Upon arrival of the property, the check-in process was great. When we entered the property there was a lot of broken and missing items: furniture, utensils, and blinds. Also there was lights out in the rooms and a bathroom. The whole time during our stay there was maintenance people coming in and out because of the house having a lot of issues. Being in hospitality, I know that the houses should have been better than they were. Also the cleanliness of the houses were not up to par.

Enjoyed stay at property, plenty of space just wish we were at location more for the price we paid, cleanliness of property was fair. I was not satisfied with that but overall teens loved the pool/spa & amenities in the game room.

The house was very nice. The check in process wasn't explained properly, but eventually worked out.

Overall I would say my family and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend this lovely villa or at least the villa experience with large families to anyone interested . The rooms were just as described online, so was the space and amenities. Our home and neighborhood was quiet but busy. We were close by all of anything one would ever need. Parks, activities, shopping. The only awareness I would like to bring is to the lack of prompt assistance given when there is an issue. Our digital door lock batteries died one day and I only realized when we were on our way out to an important event. The disappointing fact is, I use this same lock at home, the battery life can be monitored easily through the mobile app....so the stress of finding batteries in a matter of minutes in order to be on time to our appointment could have been avoided. When I messaged owners/management through the VRBO app (the only contact I was offered) I was given a less than warm response as the management crew must have been off for the day/weekend. Another sore subject was the pool heating....we paid an additional fee for a heated pool and it was cold to freezing the entire time. The attached spa was worse (in my mind).....although warmer than the main pool, it was still chilled. To see neighbors drop into their hot tubs with the steam coming off was infuriating . More disappointing was the response when I turned to the VRBO chat once again. The response I was given was a list of resolutions that required me to do manual labor on vacation *clutched pearls* I was asked to “check the pool levels, refill the pool, record the devices that control the pool temperature” As if I was an employee. Again, those were 2 small incidents compared to the big fun we had, that only put a damper on the vacation, it wasn’t ruined. The space and decor was out of this world and we had an amazing time. Two matters of feedback I’d offer the owners is to some how try to match the fridge space to the amount of people the house can hold. It’s simply not enough . And another bathroom in the kid’s room would be lovely too.
