There was 22 of us that enjoyed this property. We could not have asked for a nicer, cleaner or better managed house. Location was perfect. We were all very pleased.

Such an incredible home! Steps to the beach and so much room to spread out so we could both enjoy our family trip with adult children and grandkids. The home was beautiful and we would absolutely return.

My husband, myself and our family; along with my sister, my brother-in-law and their family enjoyed our stay! A total of 18 adults and 5 children. The house had plenty of room for the family to spread out and enjoy themselves!

Pearl was so wonderful for our Jan-Feb stay. The owners were great too! They worked with us to make it happen, and are so super responsive to anything we may need. Being right on the beach, and having the elevator... so nice! We are super spoiled now. Hope we can do this again... but we have been really happy with all of Rick and Susan's homes too. Thank you so much!

We have stayed in The Pearl twice and have thoroughly enjoyed this gorgeous property! We took at least 20 family members each time and everyone had beautiful and comfortable bedrooms with their own bathrooms! There is plenty of spaciousness in the living room/dining room/kitchen open area. Two long tables with chairs and benches provide plenty of seating for meal time. We love this house and will definitely be returning!

Well.. we loved your home!! We definitely had enough space and everyone was comfortable. The others in the group were pleased as well. The washing machines on each floor made it easy to handle all the laundry. Our neighbors.. they were quiet and we rarely had to share space them. We did have a cook off completion with them.. which we lost. They cooked large amounts of bbq, chili, bacon wrapped potatoes!! We cooked pastalaya. It's chicken, sausage, pork with noodles. The pool was slightly green at first then really green! I called and the pool co handled it immediately. The kids still swam in the green water, so no worries!!! Thanks so much!

This was a wonderful place to stay for our extended family. With 18 adults and 3 children then was more than enough room and the facilities were outstanding! Beds were comfortable, the house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked! We would definitely stay again!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this house. The pictures show the amazing views, plentiful rooms, but it's the little things you don't see. There are 2 ice makers, key to have on the beach, our group worked them overtime! There must have been water heaters on each floor b/c even with all the showers and laundry--we never ran out of hot water. The kitchen is very well stocked, we had plenty of tools, cookware, and appliances to make a variety of appetizers and family meals. The beds were comfortable, the rooms spacious, the bathrooms were updated and clean, I could go on. My family and I are already planning our next trip here!

Our Paw Paw turned 99 and we celebrated as a family in this beautiful place! So close to the beach, the pool was amazing, spacious and comfortable bedrooms, excellent kitchen and kind and thoughtful owners. The management company was responsive and timely. What a beautiful time with family!

House was everything you could ask for for a large family. Each person was able to have their own space while still having room for everyone to be together. Pool was perfect for swimming and you could sit decks for the spectacular view!

We had a wonderful time at The Pearl East! From the communication with the management company to the location, everything was amazing. We had plenty of room for our big family. We are ready to come back. We had a few minor issues and the staff was so responsive and so nice. The only regret I have is not renting both sides. We definitely want to come back soon.

FINALLY! A house that will fit my whole family comfortably! No foldouts or air mattresses necessary! The house was big, beautiful, roomy and clean. There were a few things that needed minor repair but that just means the place has been used. The local management company was on point!
Great location and awesome views. If our family makes it back to Gulf Shores, we would definitely rent again!

Loved the direct beach access and swimming pool. The house is huge with room for everyone and the appliances and furnishings are top notch. I would definitely come back.

The property was as described. Lots of space and nice sized rooms. A bathroom was not clean and towels were not in all bathrooms as some had a bunch and some had none
The west unit was rented as well and they smoked under the house and at the pool which made being at the pool at times difficult
The pool heater needs maintenance as it didn’t really heat the pool warm enough during our stay
Overall the property was a good location and house is very nice

Pearl East was very spacious and clean for our group of 25. We had plenty of room to sit and converse. Good space but only drawback is sharing pool area with another group.

Great and easy experience. We were there during the hail storm, contacted property manager about some minor things that happened at the house during storm and they were fixed within a few hours. Very good experience overall!

Highly recommend this property and owners. The weather situation was not great but the owners worked with us and made it a great experience! Will rent from them again for sure!!
