My wife and I take our kids, grandkids and both our families each year for some family time. Third year in Sapphire!

Our alumnae group enjoyed our time again in Sapphire and Emerald at The Cottages at Romar...What fabulous houses!

Our family really enjoyed our week at your house. It was great.

Overall we truly enjoyed the house, which is obvious since we already rebooked it for next year! This was our 6th year to host this beach trip, and everyone said it was by far their favorite house yet. Honestly I can see our annual trip growing to a place of needing to book both Sapphire and Emerald for the same dates. Maybe even diamond as well, in the future.

Sapphire was perfect for our extended family trip!

Stayed in both Emerald and Sapphire: Our vacation was a blast as always and everyone really enjoyed the homes. We had over 90 people this time around so we ended up renting another smaller home in the community. Most likely be renting the 2 houses again for the full week and possibly even your third home. My cousins from other states saw our photos and would like to join us moving forward!

The house is beautiful and we had a wonderful, memorable time. It was the perfect house for our needs with the pool deck being on the living room level and with the view of the ocean, perfect for my elderly in laws. Everyone was talking about "next time". We would definitely choose to stay there again and recommend to friends. It is truly a wonderful house!

We had a great time, and Sapphire was amazing! Our multi-generational family had plenty of space and we were very comfortable with furnishings. The management company was great at handling any issues that came up and communication between Bama Beach Houses and Kaiser and myself, for all related rental concerns and information was very thorough and timely.

We had a perfect week! Everything worked out great! The pool guys were friendly and joked with my 86 year old Dad and teased his great grand kids. Someone took care of pulling trash cans out for us on trash days. It was the perfect size for our group that traveled from all over the country!

We had a wonderful time! The house was clean and organized when we checked in on Saturday.... There was a small ant issue in the living room and management promptly sent over a bug service to spray with insecticide within an hour of my phone call. We really appreciated it. All in all we had a great time. We stayed at this same house seven years ago. In fact, we were the first guests in the house! We were happy to see that for the most part the upkeep of the house has been maintained.

We had a wonderful vacation in your home. It has been the best house to fit our huge family so far. There are 41 of us and that is immediate, not extended. Every place we have stayed before was missing something(fridge, ice makers...) or was broke. Your house provided what was pictured. Thanks again!

We loved Sapphire. Hope to come back but waited too long. Fortunately, the owner put us in Emerald, which is the same setup and right next door! Maybe next time we can rent both as our family keeps 'expanding'--thank you for a wonderful trip!

We really enjoyed our visit to The Sapphire beach house. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the house and the quick response. The house met all of our needs and we had people from 8 years old to 93 in the house during our visit. The private pool was a hit with the kids and the adults enjoyed that it was easy to keep an eye on the kids and stay in the shade. Thank you again for the beautiful beach house.

We rented Sapphire Labor Day Weekend. Thank you for a lovely weekend with our family. Wonderful trip. We're already working on next year.

We were able to come a week early with a smaller group of us. The owner was great and let us come in and stay at the big place we will all be next week. It was so nice to be able come in and not worry about moving from a smaller place!

We were NOT disappointed with the lovely, Sapphire. The Sapphire highlights for us was the pool, that great colorful pool light, plenty of quality tables and chairs, laundry facilities on every floor, and adequate refrigeration. I liked that there was a gas stove as I cook on gas at home. We enjoyed walks around the community, visiting the community pool, as well as, all the nice amenities of Sapphire home. Peering over the 3rd floor balcony, to see our 4 daughters, now young women, with spouses, swimming together, playing with babies, caring sweetly for one another. I won't forget those moment captured at the Sapphire. We made some special memories in your home. Thank you!

The house was amazing! Beautiful decor, spacious rooms, right on the beach! We loved it and plan to go back next year.

Wonderful place to stay. Right on the beach with the perfect view. Dolphins out in the gulf every day. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay!

Property is well designed to accommodate 40 plus! Well maintained and location is excellent!

This property was great for our extended family vacation. The location was perfect. The pool and beach were just what we wanted.

Our family of 21 (ages 7 to 77) truly enjoyed this home for the week! Clean and as advertised! Check in/out a breeze! Mngmt Co responsive to minor issues quickly. There was plenty of space for all of us and we really enjoyed the main floor, large kitchen for prepping/feeding all of us easily, long kitchen table for eating/games/puzzles, and outdoor covered patio space that was very comfortable and utilized sun up to sundown by someone in the crew! The medium sized pool on the patio was great for kiddos, as well as the gathering spots on upper floors allowed space for smaller gatherings. This section of beach was moderately crowded (there are the houses set right behind in the Cottages at Romar). And the similar houses are set very close by on one side (can hear each other pretty well). We have stayed at other beachfront houses that were more secluded (with no homes directly behind or withing 10 ft of them), but there was no trouble finding space to put up shade for our large crew during our week. You do have to rent or bring your own chairs & umbrellas to be right at the shoreline (taller canopies and sunshades had to be set far back off the shoreline which was initially mildly annoying, but we got over it...this was our first stay at Orange Beach and that is the rule there). There was a beach volleyball net a few houses down that made for several nights of fun predinner volleyball games! We did not use the community pool, but there were lots of families there with little ones. We will for sure consider staying here again as it accommodated our very large extended family with comfortable spaces for all, quality beds for sleeping well, and a large kitchen that made meal prepping easy! Also really appreciated having multiple fridges and ice makers! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us so we could make some wonderful family memories!
