The house is beautiful. It is very spacious and has plenty of rooms to accommodate our group comfortably. Each of the rooms was very well appointed and made for a comfortable space to relax in after a long day out golfing. The house is close to Disney and a short drive to Universal and International Drive. It was the perfect location and a property that we look forward to booking for future Orlando vacations.

The property was exactly as listed. It was clean, centrally located, and the beds were very comfortable. It was great for our family. The clubhouse and community lazy river and clubhouse were hard to locate. Overall it was a terrific place to stay.

Accommodations were beautiful. It would definitely stay in this resort again!

Checking in was convenient. Location and size was great. We had a few minor issues that need addressing. Trash bags was only one in each bin no extras, no extra paper towel and toilet paper. The cutting utensils needs updating. There was mold on the shower curtain in one of the bathroom. As a suggestion there should be separate towels for the pool area like in a bin.Overall minus those issues we enjoyed the stay.

The house was great. Two small things would of made it better. The washer machine working. fYI they did have some there the next day to work on it. Also knowing we should of brought towels for the pool at the house and going to the lazy river. All in all great place for the family being together. I would recommend it to anyone.

The home was in a good location near grocery etc. The decor was very nice and spacious for 5 couples. Although advised; it was odd not to have washcloths for guests. That was a first. Also being asked to pay if early check-in was available was also new to us. Overall, the home was accommodating for what we needed and we enjoyed our stay.

This property is very dirty. The rugs are filthy, the pool has green algae growing in it - called into the property management company where they sent someone the next day to chemically treat it. Walls are dirty. There is no dish towels for drying dishes, you must buy everything. The beds were comfortable and the location was great.

Great house. House could use more blankets, wash clothes and kitchen pans.

The house was awesome! It was clean and decorated nicely! Very spacious for the 7 adults and 5 kids! They even had a pool guy clean the pool in the middle of the week. The only thing that was a little bummer was the construction! The locate was great! It was close to everything, target, restaurants, Sams, gas! The club house area was very nice! We rented a cabana and it was well worth it! It’s gets busy at the club house area! Overall awesome stay!! We would book it again!

Communication before arrival was excellent. All questions answered timely. On arrival house was as pictured- kids lived the Mickey &Minnie room! Two bedrooms downstairs allowed space for each family. Well equipped kitchen. Only negative was the pool temperature ~ they set it at 90 degrees which is pretty warm. We were at parks within 15-20 minutes: easy commute. We spent most of our down time at The Hideaway Club in resort~ which is amazing. The children loved the lazy river and splash pad. Overall I would recommend this property. We had a great deal of trouble with the door lock- deadbolt did not catch always- but otherwise very nice location and amenities.

Had the most amazing time, did not disappoint this house was beautiful, we definitely enjoyed our vacations. Super clean so relaxing.

Property was nice, very spacious for the 14 of us, plenty of dishes. Bedding was not great: no flat sheet so my legs are ere rubbing against a rather course blanket. There was also very limited blankets on the beds and no extras provided so several of us were a bit cold at night. Beds were pretty stiff for my liking. It would also have been nice if a few basic food items were provided (salt, pepper, basic spices, maybe some oil).

This home was nicely decorated and spacious for our big family. Loved that it had 4 bathrooms so everyone felt like they had their own space.

Property is close to the parks, as well as a Target and Walmart. The thermostat did reset every day so we’d have to reset it so it would keep the house cool which was slightly annoying.

The property is misrepresented. Be home is in terrible need of maintenance beginning with all of the mulch missing from the landscape. This theme continues throughout the home. The walls are extremely dirty and all need repainted. The home does not have any type of a book to explain how to use any of the community amenities or any functions in the home. The home is also unsafe. The master bath shower drain cover has been removed and there is a hole in the floor. I brought all of these issues to the attention of the vacation company. We would never stay here again

The condo itself is lovely, with comfy beds and the usual issues that arise from a place no one lives in--no extra toilet paper or a plunger or toilet brush or washcloths, for example. We had 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 5 people, perfect for our group, which was attending a conference. Even with WIFI provided, the cell signal (ATT) was so poor I couldn't call my husband and had to text him. The pool is TINY--like 10x12'. We didn't bother to have it heated, and I can't imagine anyone swimming in it. The biggest challenge was ACO management, which insisted on getting pictures of both sides of the credit card and driver's license, AND a selfie of the lead renter (me) holding both documents. The ONLY reason I can imagine for wanting that is to steal people's identity, since our credit card payments went through right on schedule and I have excellent feedback on VRBO. I got a special dispensation to bring my documents with me and show them to the agent, and still got at LEAST a dozen alarming emails threatening to cancel our reservation if I didn't produce the selfie. One of the agents, Marco, was VERY helpful and reassured me that it would not be cancelled. We made an extra Uber stop at the office when we got to Orlando--and ended up having to stand in front of a ring doorbell, showing these documents to someone off-site. Two days later, I got an email saying that the Ring photo wasn't good enough (for what?) and I had to submit the selfie. ??? Again--I am extremely suspicious of the reasons for this, and no other vacation rental listing has EVER asked to even see the credit card OR ID, let alone a selfie. One more thing: this condo is in a "gated" community of probably another 1000 similar units, and the gate was a problem. Most of the time our Uber drivers could just push the button and say "Uber," and the gates would open (so, not exactly secure). Some of the time, the gate monitor would make them drive to a different gate, and we were late to a couple of meetings. There must be tens of thousands of beautiful vacation rental units in Orlando. I highly recommend finding one that is NOT managed by ACO.

Came in town for a work conference. 4 guys stayed here instead of a hotel. Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook for 3 days, outside grill. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone have privacy. WIFI worked great to catch up on afternoon work emails. Great Experience.

We brought the family ( Kids and grandkids) to enjoy a few days away. When we arrived the home needed paint, cleaning, and a few other things. We put our things away and noticed the upstairs bedroom carpet was soaked. We called numerous times and finally spoke to a person. They came out and vacuumed the water, However the smell remained. My family was breathing that awful smell for our entire stay. We received no apology, nothing. Overall, the home was in a great location, Perfect for a large family, however, it is NOT clean like the photos.

Upon arrival, we were never given the keys, there was no good communication with the property manager because he never confirmed where we had to go to get our access to the complex, the house had many things broken and it was not clean, I sent pictures to the manager informing everything. and on the fourth day someone tried to enter the house, because we found the lock broken, the incident was reported immediately, but we never had any response from the manager and neither from the security personnel of the complex. it was definitely not what we expected.

The house was great. Plenty of space to spread out. It wasn’t clear that we needed to get a pass to enter the community so there was a little run around when we arrived, but it all worked out. Otherwise the stay was great!!

This property was rented by a few family members to help celebrate another family member's 60th birthday @ Disney. Resort area was beautiful as was the property, but it did have a little wear and tear and the houses are VERY close to each other. We rented Wednesday through Sunday. And on Friday and Saturday the house next door became the PARTY house, with loud music and people running in and out till 4am.

The only problem I had was "I was quoted the wrong price". I reached out to the owner...I never received a respond back.

Great place, pool was perfect (I appreciated the effort to turn on the heat before we arrived along with access to a grill with fuel already in the tank) but no spa, surrounding area has things like Target and some food options. Could have just been me but Internet/AT&T cell coverage a little spotty. Neighbors were loud but it was Fourth of July so that was expected. Would certainly stay again, great experience!

We enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and attentive to any request.

It was a really nice property. Had some issues with neighbors partying real late and keeping us up but not the property owners fault. The place is really nice and has lots of space for a we family. Could stand a good deep cleaning as in the walls etc but thankfully the bathrooms and bedrooms were nice and clean. We loved the community pool! If we had to do over again we would have paid to heat the pool as even our little guy said it was too cold for him.

Our family rented this property to stay at during my daughters cheer competition. The location of the property was in close proximity to several stores/food. It was clean and had fun themes in a few of the rooms that my kids loved. The pool was a great bonus for keeping the kids entertained without having to go to a community pool. The only complaint we had for this trip was that the location, while it wasn’t far from the cheer competition location (10 miles), it still took awhile to get from the property to the convention center due to traffic. So just make sure you allow plenty of time to get places.
