Our stay was great, it was closer to the beach than expected! There was everything we needed and things we didn’t know we needed! Perfect for our needs.

We were in Hampton to attend the funeral of a family member. As I was bringing my teenage grandson I thought a stay close to the beach would be ideal for him. And it was. The duplex was clean & comfortable. The management is excellent to work with...very quick to respond to any questions. I would recommend. D

Place was as described and a Very close walk to the beach. Nice family communtiy. Its on the bay side but still just a 1/2 hour to VA Beach if you want the crowds.

Wonderful Host! Very easy to communicate with! Lovly home as well! Had everything we needed. Felt right at Home 😊 could Not be more pleased with our Trip,for a huge part of a great trip is this home in Beach house! Highly recommend you to rent longer if possible.

Had everything you would need including washer/dryer ….not far from beach…..a little difficult to find as it’s behind another house and the road to get there looks like a driveway but once you figure it out it’s easy to get to and you have your own parking space off the road…..all in all it worked fine for me.

This apartment was great-easy access to all of Hampton/Norfolk area! A little difficult to find-be sure to read the directions carefully. All in all-I’d love to stay here again!!

Overall, the property was just as described and the pictures were accurate to the property. It was certainly big enough to be comfortable for 3 adults and 2 children for a week's stay. The apartment was a very easy walking distance to the beach, and the neighborhood felt safe. Check-in and check-out were also very easy with the keypad locks. I really appreciated that the apartment came with so many amenities available, such as shampoo, soap, toilet paper, dishwashing and detergent packs, and much more. There was even a washer and dryer so we could throw in our bathing suits and towels after a day at the beach. My only complaint was the hair in the drain of the shower, but otherwise, the property had clearly been vacuumed, and the bathroom and kitchen cleaned prior to our arrival. 2 Just an FYI - Buckroe Beach is a bay beach, so while the waves were very mild (perfect for small kids when compared to VA beach), there were also a host of jellyfish near the beach in late July.

There were bugs in the lights, stains on counter making it sticky, but that’s about it

The property was great and clean! It had everything we needed to make meals when we wanted. All appliances are full size and kitchen was fully equipped. 2 beach chairs were in the unit. Definitely bring more if you have more people and plan to spend time on the beach (but this was a plus as I forgot mine). The beach is a short walk and was not crowded at all. This property is perfect if you want a quiet place to stay. We used an UBER to go downtown to experience some evening fun. Which you would need to drive/UBER to if you want that sort of thing. You would have to drive to VA Beach if you want the hustle/bustle of tourist town. It's an easy short drive and then you can return to the quiet of Buckroe Beach!!! Communication was quick and easy. We enjoyed our stay and would for sure stay again!

This lovely home was in a great location with easy access to the beach, and has great designated off street parking. It was extra hot out during our stay and the AC was a real blessing when we would return from any outing. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and some good basic spices which helped with cooking a few meals in. And having in house washer and dryer was nice to have as well. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

The unit is just as described, comfortable and relaxing. The place is perfect in location to the beach,a 7 minute walk as described. The place is immaculately clean,kudos to the cleaning .company. Review directions closely the building is in a lot behind a house,but worth the stay. I would use this again.

What a cute little place. We stayed in the upstairs half of the duplex. We were in the area visiting family. We loved the short walk to Buckroe Beach. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, plates, bowls, silverware, etc. We had 5 guests and did bring an air mattress for our oldest to sleep on in the living room, the couch would have been fine though. It was nice to have two tvs, living room and in one of the bedrooms. To our surprise there were two beach chairs that we took with us to the beach. The dishwasher and washer/dryer were definitely useful. Highly recommend!

We loved the property, and it was perfect for us to stay in while visiting family with grandchildren. All the furnishings were clean and modern, and it was very convenient to the beach.

The property is clean and really close to the beach. The owners are really communicative. The only issue I have is that it’s really hard to find the property. The entrance is a small alley but at least the parking lot is spacious.

The rental was clean, as described, and Caleb/Lynn did a great job keeping me informed before, during, and after my stay. I thought it was great they had some simple things like dish soap and a wand, laundry pods and dryer sheets, and hand soap. Things you don't need a lot of that help not having to pack. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a beach getaway. This worked well for our family of four. The kitchen is a good size and the washer and dryer are incredibly helpful. The rooms are a bit on the small side and I wish I had a nightstand, but we didn’t spend a ton of time in the rooms. Overall, it is a good place to stay just minutes from the beach.

We had a great time here. 2nd floor ,Everything was up to date and in great condition. Few minute walk to the beach, which is really pleasant and not crowded at all. 30 Min drive to Busch gardens or Williamsburg. We would definitely stay here again

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, off main street to beach, but without the crazy crowds or bars abounding. We were upstairs in a Two unit building. All kitchen items to stay in to eat, or go out to downtown Hampton. Two beds in this home make it doable for 4. Bonuses: laundry in unit - great after ocean swims; 2 beach chairs provided. Local not over-crowded beaches w/lifeguards; 3/4 mi board walk, fishing pier (small entry fee to fish or sightsee), free parking, free beach access, plenty of space to play nearby. Drive to downtown Hampton, Ft Monroe and other historical sites within an hour like Williamsburg.. Easy area to ride bikes (helpful bike shop to rent from in Buckroe). On Ft Monroe, eat at the FIrehouse Cafe for delish ice cream, coffee and food.. Stuck inside? 2 tvs were pretty easy to use. Bring your own games. It's vacation, so relax and enjoy!
