Our vacation was really great, first time for myself and extended family to Gulf Shores! The house was perfect for us. I chose it on Vrbo based on not just the layout and amenities, but also the décor. Nothing disappointed! No issues with the management company. I did let them know that the garbage disposal was leaking, and the fridge filter needed changed. So hopefully they took care of those prior to the next guests' stay! Again, the house was wonderful, so close to the beach and in the middle of all the action. A little noisy out on the front balconies, but to be expected on a busy street during Spring Break. I did check out your website. If we decide to come back, we may look at one of your properties directly on the beach. My husband and I really enjoyed golfing Kiva Dunes, so may consider closer to there.

The house was gorgeous, and though we were originally turned off at being between two liquor stores, it turned out to be EXCELLENT people watching! Ha! Thanks again for a wonderful stay! It will likely be a few years before we do another extended family vacation like that, but I will absolutely check out any small properties you may have for future trips for our immediate family!

The house was great!

We enjoyed renting your house for the week! We vacay with my husbands entire family each summer and this house fit us to a tee!! Seating was plentiful and well thought out…common areas big enough for us to all enjoy being together and pool area was amazing. Loved the frig outside for overflow drinks and all the pool chairs / deck furniture. Proximity to beach was exactly (or maybe even better) than described. We absolutely enjoyed everything about our stay. If I could have requested one thing it would have been a key code lock system on the door to make it easier to lock/unlock without keeping up with a key. But other than that…happy faces all around. Thank you so much for a wonderful week at the beach!

Your house was great for our large family, it's been one of our favorites! The only disappointment we had is that there was no heater on the pool. The location was great as well.

We had 13 adults. The single ladies stayed in the bunk room so one bathroom was pretty busy. Quite a few stairs of course, so be aware of that. Some kind of dumb waiter or elevator to place groceries/luggage would be so nice! Overall enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the beach.

This property is nothing less than amazing! We had five couples on our trip. Securing a house with five king size beds and five bathrooms at an affordable price is challenging. However, this property provided exactly what we needed at a great price. The house was equipped with everything we expected and more! We will definitely be booking again!

Perfect place for our extended family of 13. Plenty of room for all of us. Close to the beach and we loved having our own pool. Ice machine was a nice bonus. Couldn't ask for anything more.

The house was very accommodating with comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, plenty of seating in the living room/kitchen area. Being only a short walk from the beach was ideal, and having the private pool was a big plus for us. We’re already talking about our next visit!

Night Heron East was perfect in every way. Our family had plenty of room and we like sitting on the porch and watching traffic and people. The private pool was just right to relax in every evening.

The Night Heron East is a beautiful beach house. Perfect for large families. We were a family of 17 and the Night Heron was perfect for us. Everyone had a place to sleep. Spacious living area and kitchen. Plus an extra ice maker. Short walk to the beach. Perfect location in Gulf Shores. No need to use your car. Pizza and ice cream shop next door. Restaurants within walking distance. Enjoy our stay ! We will come back😁

This property was beautiful. Everything we needed to start our vacation. The pool was perfect and we got plenty of use from it. The location was great. Walking distance to gift shops and the beautiful beach. Bonus for yummy pizza and ice cream 2 doors down😊

After being booked for 6 months…our original accommodations fell through & we were lucky enough to book Night Heron East within a couple weeks of our scheduled vacation. We could not have been happier with the change. All 9 my family members were extremely comfortable in the unit and impressed with the location. The private pool, double balconies, comfy living areas and easy access to the beach were just some of the reasons to love this place. Our first trip to Gulf Shores was a success because we lucked into staying at Night Heron East.

Clean and well maintained. Lots of space for the 13 of us. Close to the beach. Well stocked. Plenty of space and parking. We enjoyed the decks though we suggest privacy screens between decks of adjacent units.

This house was perfect for our family! Location was great, lots to do around us, kids could ride their bikes or walk. Beach was a short walk across the street.

We absolutely loved this property. We went as a large family group of grandparents, parents/siblings/spouses, and kiddos. It was so spacious and comfortable for the 4 families to have both separate spaces and group spaces. It was clean and stocked with all the basic essentials. We loved the private pool and the proximity to the beach. The owners were quite accommodating and checked in by email too! We will definitely plan to stay at this property again.

Loved the property! Lots of stairs be prepared to walk them! Pool is not heated so if you go in colder months don’t expect to use pool. Overall we had a great time. It was located centrally and just right across to beach. Right next to a liquor store and pizza/ice cream restaurant. Highly recommend this property.

Great house with plenty of essentials to do anything you wanted. Pool was small but very nice with plenty of lounge chairs. Great communication from the owners along with emails for follow up.

Nice property close to everything

Our entire family, ages 6-77, could not have been more pleased with Night Heron, East!! Everything was fabulous: the spacious design, decorating, appointments, amenities, cleanliness, ease of check-in/out and ease of communication with owner’s representative, and owners themselves! The living area was totally open: kitchen, large island with 4 seats, dining table (roomy for 10 adults-could easily seat 12) and family room with large tv. It was a short, safe walk to the beach…and the b e a c h, just as pictured: beautiful sugary-soft white sand! You are able to rent beach chairs/umbrellas right on the beach. The private pool for just our unit, was wonderful and we enjoyed it every day. The bedrooms each had their own beautiful updated en-suites. A plus for us was that two of them were on the main floor. Speaking of the main floor, we enjoyed using it’s roomy deck, especially for the early-risers to have coffee and conversation. It was also a plus to be within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. We enjoyed The Hangout, Bahama Bob’s, the neighborhood pizza place, The Diner, and Wolf Bay (about a 25 minute drive) and the Dolphin Cruise. Since I am mobility challenged, we rented a sand dune-buggy locally, which was delivered and picked up. That turned out to be the most important item for me. Without it, I would not have been able to navigate the sand, to join my family on the beach in our area. Thank you Gulf Shores and Night Heron East for a wonderful, memory-filled family vacation.

Very nice place for the family. Plenty of space for adults and kids to be together or have some distance. Pool was a hit and beach access was very convenient. The extra fridge by the pool area was great too. Within walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants.

This house was a perfect place for our family vacation. Rooms were good size. Kitchen and living room served as a great gathering space for the entire family. This property was wonderful. It is located directly across the street from beach access and within walking distance of multiple restaurants. The pool was perfect for little kids. Check in/out process was easy and painless.

My family and I had an amazing time here everything was perfect! The kitchen was beautiful. Very clean and I’m ocd with cleanness and there was not a thing I would have done differently. The beds super comfortable towels nicely laid out we had a warm welcome. The pool was a hit with the kids. The beach was in good walking distance. Would definitely consider going back! We had an amazing time with our group who was in Gulf Shores for a volleyball tournament. Location is great and so walkable. The house itself was perfect with everything we could have needed and tons of room. Loved the pool and the overall vibe of the place. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious - Clean - nice size bedrooms- property at walking distance to the beach - good for - large group. Everything was good but had little small things needed to improve the experience. 1) Lack a grill to bbq ( we had to buy one ) 2) Lack beach amenities chairs - umbrella - wagon with wheel to transport those items 3) The pool lack heat ( cold months ) 4) Lack some kitchen utensils such as good knives and board table to cut meet - etc Other than those small things 1-2-4 that could be improve easily the place shall get a solid 5 — even if 3 cannot be fixed — everything else was GREAT 👍 Will stay there again without doubt / ✅
