The apartment was clean and very close to the beach and other amenities. I did not receive a welcome letter with the door code and the owner was very responsive and helped us access her place in minutes (NO WAITING). We would definitely stay there again.

Overall I would give it a 5 star except for the fact there was no toilet paper when we arrived which was 1am. We had to search for somewhere that was opened and that was. 7 eleven with one roll of inferior product for $5. The place was clean and it seemed to be a safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our time

Awful mattress that sinks into the middle. Given wrong door code and entry door so we walked in on other guests in another unit. Bathroom down steep staircase from bedroom. Location a long ways from everything. Would not recommend.

This place was pretty nice for a short stay. Please note that the owners live in an RV in the back yard. The apartment is attached to a house so you do share a driveway. At one point the owner did walk in to the apartment unannounced which was odd. The place is about 20 minutes from Virginia Beach. Overall the place was nice and clean. Enough room for about 5-6 people.
