Great property to stay in and everything that it appeared to be online and going into it.

Easy check in and host was very helpful and responded to my questions very fast

The house was in a quite neighborhood. We enjoyed seeing the Halloween decorations that were displayed in the neighborhood. The size was perfect for the 4 of us (2 in master bed room, and 1 in each of the other 2 bedrooms. The patio has a great seating area. And, the garage is great to give you peace of mind to park your car. Note....There are tenants that live in the downstairs area. This caught us off guard. But, I was informed that this was noted in the description of the house.

It was interesting to see all the rules posted ALL around the house..i get it, some of the renters have not been as respectful of the property as they should have. That being said, the house should have been cleaner (dusty and bathrooms dirty), for people who are sensitive to strong scents, way TOO many plug ins, and the description of the backyard should include all the rotten apples on the ground with bees and lawn furniture that was covered. In addition, the dog who lived on the premises was quite the talker during the designated quiet time. I have 2 dogs at home and am grateful that they are not so noisy at 5:30 am. On a thankful note, our hostess responded quickly when we needed more info on operating the TV and ice maker.

Wonderful space to have dinner and quiet evenings together with our family. Thank you for hosting us.

Nice and spacious- hosts let us check out late which was very appreciated! Location was good for what we were in town for. The cleanliness of the property could use some work.. dirty dishes in the cabinets, no garbage bag placed in the can- we had to put it in, primary bathroom shower with a seriously slow drain -it was past our ankles within 1 minute of hopping in. One of the front windows did not lock which didn’t feel safe with my kids so close to that specific window, there was no propane in the fire pit. There was a welcome “gift” supposedly from a favorite local coffee shop that was an opened coffee bag with about 7 beans left in it, and the thank you for staying card was signed by another guest. Just an all around odd experience with lack of attention to detail. Definitely not up to par for how much we paid for it.

Evidently there is someone who lives in the basement. We had no idea. They have a dog that barks, and we could not go to sleep one of the two nights because they were so loud. There was no indication anywhere that someone lives in the basement. It was very creepy to us. The house was fine, and it was clean. There are rules posted everywhere, so we just were not comfortable. And we are clean, honest, rule followers, so we felt overly restricted. I know there are renters who do not respect others' property, so some rules are necessary. But rules posted all over every room was a little much.
