This home was perfect for our family group of 6 adults, 2 children and 1 baby. The separate upstairs space with queen bed and bunk, sitting area and kitchenette were perfect for my daughter's family of 4. The two other bedrooms had very comfortable king beds. Home & bathrooms were very clean. Hot tub and ping pong table were a hit with all of us. Management company responded quickly to the couple of questions we had. Location is close to downtown Durango. We recommend this rental and would rent it again.

House was super easy to navigate and had good separation between the 2 bedrooms and the separate stay area above the garage. My kids loves the seperate space, my adult son had his own privacy and my wife and I had ours. Spa, outside area was nice. Kitchen was a good central spot for gathering. Close to main street, so no more than 10 mins from anywhere in the city center.

This is the perfect location for family fun. Has entertainment for everyone. In fact, you don't have to leave there's so many fun things to do from playing table tennis, cornhole, games, jacuzzi and more. Plus, it is clean and filled with everything you'll need. We highly recommend and will be back!

My grandson graduated from Ft. Lewis College in Durango. We had family staying for the event. One evening we had a cookout and a few of his friends came over. The outside facilities were perfect. Had a great time.

This property was way more than we needed for a family of three. But we loved it all the same!! Off a main road but felt very private still!! HUGE kitchen!! Would be great for people with multi ages!! Private apartment by garage. Would sleep four by itself. We didn’t touch it. Anyway. Great place!! Would rent again!

Some friends and I booked this place for a ski trip. The house is very grand. With the cold weather, it was nice to have access to the garage and hot tub. The location was great to get between downtown Durango and Purgatory. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it easy to cook meals. We also enjoyed playing games at the large kitchen table.

We all loved this home. Very comfortable for the older group of 6. This place has everything you need for cooking, cocktails and comfort. It was stocked with everything you might need. Loved the 2 sets of washer/ dryer units. The beds all very comfortable and spacious. Hot tub was a nightly hit. The back porch was a gathering place with views of deer, hummingbirds. Front yard secure for my dog to run. Many extras for this house include foos ball table, ping pong table, corn hole, board games, winter sleds. Everyone in our group loved this home. Very close to Durango. We would go back and stay longer.

Our second time at the property was as excellent as our first. The beds are comfortable. The showers all work well. The yard is exquisite. The Hot tub is very relaxing after a long day of riding. Everything is great. The very best part though, is having breakfast with the hummingbirds and deer. Right in the back yard and seemingly unbothered by us sitting at the table in the back and having breakfast. They just hanged out and had breakfast too! I adore this property.

The house has a ton of character and is in a great location. Close to downtown but feels very removed. Our teens loved the third bedroom/apartment. Easy checkout without a list of chores to go with it.

This home was perfect for our large group. Lot of room and privacy for everyone. Big yard for dogs and plenty of entertainment for the kids. The house was beautiful, clean, and well supplied with all the amenities. Had a great time would recommend to anyone looking for a home that can comfortably sleep a large group

We had a family wedding in Echo Basin and chose to stay in the very cool town of Durango at this great house. Check-in and Check-out are a breeze. We had five adults and more than enough space with a very well-equipped kitchen. The proximity to Durango is a little under 3 miles and a very easy drive. The patio on the back of the house is perfect. No hesitation recommending.

We were pleased with everything about the house. The location was perfect for all of the family friendly things we wanted to do, yet the large yard and fence provided us with a feeling of privacy. The property manager was easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again!

This was our first trip using Vrbo and we were amazed at how great our home away from home was. It was a perfect house for our children to play in and for us to relax and take it easy after skiing and sightseeing. We will definitely try to rent this one again!!

The location of the property is perfect. The layout of the house is great. I would suggest maybe having the firepit and grill area cleaned off, so it can be used. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed this home in Durango. The house was very close to town and was only 25 or so minutes to Purgatory. We loved the extra touches like shelving in the garage for ski boots and gear, extra hooks in closets and plenty of space to spread out. There were 2 main bedrooms downstairs with en suites. Upstairs there was a large room with 3 beds, and a living area with its own kitchen, fridge and bathroom. Another family could have easily come with us. The property was very clean with many extras. We loved the hot tub and a bathroom in the laundry area near the hot tub was a plus. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved everything about this house. We went with friends and there were so many nice amenities to include the yard, beautiful decor, very comfortable bedrooms, large kitchen with everything you need to cook, large grill, firepit, game tables and hot tub. We used it all and had a great time! Great location and close to town. We were so impressed and hope to get back there for a longer stay next time, it was hard to leave! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home for a wonderful experience. It is well worth every penny!

Long weekend to get away from the heat in Austin TX. Place was perfect for stay with two dogs. Fenced yard was perfect. Enjoyed the hot tub. Location was perfect. About 3 mile drive to downtown. No problem to find parking. Walked Main Street and hit breweries.

Conveniently located within 5 minutes driving of downtown Durango. Fully fenced, huge front yard with mature plantings. Back of the house is a hillside frequented by grazing deer. The open kitchen great room design was comfortable and inviting. Lots of seating options inside and out. The beds were super comfy.
