We have stayed at this townhome several times and it never disappoints. Spacious with nice views and centrally located to both Park City and Wasatch back.

This home will have everything you want and need! Everything was thought of and there was so much usable space. Views were incredible! Easy drive into Park City and Heber City and an easy drive into Salt Lake City and Provo. Would definitely recommend this home!

Amazing house, very comfortable and spacious

we had an amazing time at this house. Well appointed and warm and comfortable luxurious feel. Very close to the deer Valley gondola five minute drive who were super responsive for all needs and replied always very quickly to resolve any questions or issues. Will highly recommend anybody and will definitely look forward to coming back again.

Beautiful view of the reservoir. Well appointed roomy kitchen. We rented our ski equipment at Adventure Haus on the property. Deer Valley and Park City one exit away on highway. Brighton, Solitude, Snowbird and Alta less than an hour. Snowbasin and Powder just over an hour. Heber City, Midway and Kamas are nice towns 15 mins away with good restaurants, groceries and other retail. We would like to come in the other seasons as well-so much to offer.

If you’re seeking a beautiful location and plan on skiing deer valley, this place is top notch. Clean, great views, super convenient, and great hot tub. The owners were also very available and proactive about making sure the stay was enjoyable. We will be back!

Family skiers loved accessibility to gondola for Deer Valley and found the hot tub a relaxing after treat.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We came to ski at Deer Valley and there is a nearby gondola that takes you to Deer Valley ski resort. I would recommend skiing during the week there but avoid weekends- we couldnt find a place to park on Friday so had to forego skiing as we could not find parking but we discovered the gondola nearby and rode that later in the day but was too late to ski but really enjoyed the gondola ride anyways. Overall, the property was great. Hottub was great and we had tons of nice towels and bed linens etc. Kitchen was amazing and we cooked most of the time we were here. We would come back again!

We had a wonderful week skiing at Deer Valley. The home was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It had every ammenity, a wonderful hot tub, well stocked kitchen. Sparkling clean. My husband loved having the guitar! The house had lots of space with the separate living room downstairs It was truly a great space. We will hopefully get to return again.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property in Heber City. The property pictures understate the roominess and loveliness of this very spacious home. Space for everyone and a perfect great room for meals and family time. Hosts were gracious and responsive. A true 5-star stay. TY!

A beautiful home with great views and perfect climate. The fishing was spectacular for Kokanee salmon and cutthroat. Lots of reservoirs to fish and explore. The five week stay was too short.

So much space, owners communicated instantly, hot tub was a hit and huge kitchen to feed a big family. Will definitely be back!

Great getaway property ... well appointed and room to spread out; balcony overlooking the reservoir was perfect for end-of-day wine & cheese and reading; close enough to Park City (15-minutes) for easy access without being crowded at night; great fly fishing just minutes away and quick trips to great bike riding and hiking. We'll be back!

We have been coming to Park City for a few years now to enjoy a spring ski getaway with another family. We were skiing at Deer Valley this time so we chose this lovely townhome with close access to the resort using the Jordanelle Gondola. Kevin and Ninette were very welcoming and communicative about our arrival as well as any questions we had during our stay. The townhome was absolutely gorgeous. All the amenities were provided with such attention to detail. It snowed quite a bit during our stay, but our kids enjoyed playing in the yard area next to the townhome…a benefit of staying in the end unit. So spacious, everyone had room to spread out and relax before coming together to enjoy the hot tub on the lower level. Beautiful views of the area from the deck were the icing on the cake! Thank you Kevin and Ninette for making this our best ski getaway yet!

The house was beautiful with great views of the valley and mountains. It was well equipped with all the necessities and more. Lots of nice thoughtful touches. Kevin was quick to respond and very helpful when we needed help finding a way to watch the super bowl on the streaming TV - thank you! I would highly recommend staying at this house if you are either skiing in Deer Valley or enjoying the area.

Incredible property with every detail well thought out and provided. Our family really enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen with incredible views of the Jordanelle. Ours kids loved the theatre room and bunk beds. Kevin was an outstanding host with great communication throughout our stay. Can’t wait to come back next year!

We stayed for 7 nights and absolutely loved the home. Beautiful views, spacious and fully stocked, and a short drive to the Jordanelle Gondola. Great communication with the owners. This will be our go-to condo for future stays in the Deer Valley area.

The house was great. Views were also very good. FYI however, I think there might be a mountain lion near your house.

We hosted family over Christmas and the home was the perfect space for us to gather, relax, cook, play, explore. Everyone commented how well appointed the home is, Grandparents loved walking in the neighborhood and other side of Jordanelle Reservoir. Preschoolers loved the bunk room and playing in the snow outside. Skiers loved the EASIEST Deer Valley access via Jordanelle Gondola. Hosts Kevin and Ninette were available when needed and so easy to communicate with. This was our first visit to Utah but certainly won’t be our last. Thanks for a memorable 2022 Christmas Stillwater Lakeside home!

We just returned from a family vacation for Thanksgiving week. I can't say enough good things about this property. The views from the house are incredible. The house is beyond beautiful - comfortably furnished; exceptionally well equipped kitchen; immaculately clean; comfortable linens and well stocked bathrooms with amenities. Also, Kevin and Ninette could not have been more responsive leading up to our stay. Check in was seamless. We will be back for sure, as we have family that lives around the corner. Overall, you can't go wrong.... Beautiful home - amazing location!

We had a wonderful stay! These accommodations were luxurious! The beds, towels and furniture were so comfy, stylish and fun. Our group spent a ton of time in the house working and there was plenty of space to spread out and move around. There were so many nice touches as well including every appliance we needed, bar equipment, games, everything you need for the shower, etc. Also, it snowed and the driveway was plowed very quickly. We would all stay here again with family or for a work retreat. The hosts were also so attentive and friendly when we had questions about the thermostat.
