My friends and I decided to spend our 5th annual golf trip in the Lone Star state, and this house was exactly what we needed! Plenty of room for everyone (7 male adults) to sleep comfortably. Location was ideal for easy access to the airport and courses we played at. House was clean and comfortable … what more could we have asked for? Thanks for having us!

The home was beautiful and exactly as described. We loved the spaciousness of the home for our family of six including two teenagers. The back yard is perfect and we loved the pool and hot tub. The host was very helpful and responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and gated. Would love to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Ashton. The heated pool and hot tub were great for our March stay. The bedrooms were large, with either a King sized or 2 Queen Beds and a TV in each one making it a nice place for large families to stay.

This property was perfectly located as it was just down the street from my brother-in-law’s 60th birthday party. The house was very quiet and comfortable, allowing six adults to have their own space to relax and call home for the few days we were there. The weather turned cold, so we were not able to enjoy the backyard, but the pool looked pretty and very inviting. Kitchen was stocked with amenities and very comfortable. The home was just as described.. Communication was great as we had several requests prior to arrival, and all were met. Overall, very easy and comfortable. Just what we were looking for as a family ranging from 18 to 89!

Convenient location and a nice house.

We really enjoyed our long weekend stay at The Ashton property! Andrew was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. He was also attentive to our needs and kept in contact to make sure we had everything we needed. The house is well designed, comfortable and perfect for a family. The pool is heated so even though it was quite chilly while we were there the kids were still able to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The house is in a gated community close to 6 Flags and about 20 to 25 minutes from the Riverwalk and downtown. There is a lot of construction right now on the highway and it's a little bit farther from some tourist attractions (i.e. the Alamo, Riverwalk, etc.), but there are coffee shops, Target, stores and restaurants within minutes of the house so it still feels slightly city like and "safe" by virtue of being surrounded by a community and so many retail and restaurant options. We would recommend this home to families (particularly multigenerational families) or a couple that wants to be in a quieter environment.

Great place. Although we didn’t use all the rooms 4 out of 5 rooms had kind size beds and the other 2 queens. Plenty of space for us and more. We didn’t quite know if we were going to have more staying but the place most def had the room for it. Too cold to use the pool but used the hot tub one day but toddlers were not having it. We were very much happy with the place.

Very nice property located in a very nice neighborhood, convenient to main roads to get places. Only issue was all the road construction on RT 1604 -- but that has nothing to do with this property.
