Bathroom sink very small but bijou works! Didn’t detract from the quality of the room.

Had a long weekend away with my Girlfriend, staff were excellent couldn’t have done more to help, rooms were spotless and facilities were faultless, would 100% recommend this location to anyone

Very friendly, well-equipped kitchen, warm bathroom and great location.

The pillows were very uncomfortable, the bed was very small (especially for an upgraded room) and for some reason there was a very strong garlic smell in the bathroom on of the evenings that we stayed.

Not getting value for money, booked a deluxe room, what we got was definitely not deluxe. Furniture was miss match, bed up against a wall with a fridge/freezer at the foot of the bed, felt claustrophobic, 3 windows in the room, can’t see out of any of them. Cobwebs and spiders in every corner. Toilet flush falling off the wall and taped up. Mould in the shower.

Perfect apartment for my elderly mum and myself. Bathroom excellent, everything she needed to shower safely, very comfortable beds and very clean. Staff were very approachable and extremely helpful. Lovely calm atmosphere in reception area.

Ramp down to main door was a little steep for mum, but easily remedied with mobility aid!

The location was good, close to the sea and not far from the city centre. The staff was super nice, always there trying to help. The room was nice, comfy and warm, we had everything we needed in the kitchen, and the bed was very good.

The only thing I'd say is that is a big building, or better more than one building together, and it can be a bit like a maze sometimes to find your room.

Clean . I find this apartment with cooking facilities. My room was properly clean. Staff were nice and helpful. I will use it for my work next time I come to Eastbourne

Great location toward the nicer and old end of eastbourne and close to holywell beach. I liked the little kitchen that had most things i needed and the washing machine was awesome. Smart TV is always a nice touch too. The bathroom was also really nice with a heated towel rail. It's also nice to have a room where the windows actually open more than an inch which seems rare in eastbourne for some reason. I was upgraded to the deluxe by the duty manager due to booking.com advertising being incorrect, so i can't comment on how things are in the standard apartments but mine was nice and clean and I had plenty of space. I loved that I could cook and self cater and chill out with food, a hot drink and a movie of an evening.... and I loved that I didn't have to pass through a reception to get in and out as I like to just do my thing.

I was disappointed to not get what was advertised. The room I booked was advertised as a separate living area and bedroom, this was not true. This listing has now been changed due to me bringing it to their attention, however it had been what I based my booking on. My windows were at the front of building near the patio seating area which meant that my room smelled of second hand smoke when I opened the windows sadly also there was a woman, perhaps a guest or the cleaner who sat on the table inches from my bed at 7.15 am each morning and talked extremely loudly on her phone smoking for 30 mins which woke me up each morning, the rest of the time was super quiet. £20 per night per pet seemed excessive particularly as you had to also pay a £75 security damages deposit. My dog doesn't go on the furniture or make any noise so I'm not really sure why it cost an additional £60 to clean up after one. Particularly as I cleaned my own apartment before I left. The additional cost is the ONLY thing which would stop me returning tbh and is the most expensive pet cost that I have come across.

Location very good: quiet but within easy reach of the sea, restaurants and shops. Free parking nearby. Staff friendly and helpful; good soundproofing to rooms. Plentiful supply of tea/coffee etc.

We were very kindly upgraded to a premier room (thank you!), but the separate bedroom had no light switch in the room. A bedside lamp would have been helpful, or at least a switch that could have been reached from the bed

This aparthotel is amazing, super well equipped, clean and quiet. Excellent location to visit the south coast and Seven Sisters cliffs. The amazing art gallery so close to the hotel was a great surprise. The town is beautiful and very pleasant. I’d definitely recommend and return.

Their was dead bees in the apartment ,and a lot of Alive bees🐝🐝🐝 flying in the apartment ,but no problem we don’t have elergys

The location. Proximity to South Downs and sea front. The self catering facilities. Towner Gallery nearby.

No cafetiere in the kitchen! But that is nit picking. And we got complimentary tea and coffee which made up for it.

Lovely welcome and clean and comfortable place to stay overnight.

The room faced the street. We were disturbed off and on into the night by the entrance door banging as guests were coming and going quite regularly. The door was had a spring closure causing it to slam shut each time. And an episode of someone continually banging on the door for 30mins to be let in late at night.

I had a very nice in the hotel and enjoyed my trip to Eastbourne. Hotel is close to beach and staff is very helpful

When attempting to shorten my initial on line booking by one night - There was a stuff up in communication between booking dot com, and Osbourne which resulted in no room being booked for my first nights stay. Fortunately when I presented at the reception late at night - Osbourne were able to accommodate me in an upgraded room for my first night.
