Staff is really friendly, the kitchen is large and clean, and the Wi-Fi is good.

The AC in the room was not working properly, just making a lot of noises but not cooling too much, up to the point that it was better turned off. Incredibly hot and tough to sleep. Also, there are quite a few people that seem to be living on the room, and basically stay there talking to each other the whole time. No problem with long-term guests, but since there are a lot of them, they could all be allocated in one dorm, and leave the other dorm for regular costumers.

Unfortunately Because smoking was allowed in the balcony, guests and staff were constantly coming and going to the balcony to smoke. Some of the guests continued to do this until 4 am Some of the guests were playing loud music in the corridor and kitchen And the hostel manager did not prevent this The holders of the showers in the bathroom were broken, making it difficult to take a bath There was no proper closet to store things in the rooms The location of the hostel was wrong on the map and there was no sign or name of the hostel on the street

Ac was not working properly. But everything was fine. Specially staff mariyam she was very polite and cooperative. Everything was nice.

Location was great. Walkable distance to every popular spot. Each facility was super clean as well.

Bathroom and toilet were very tiny, a bit claustrophobic.

There was an overbooking and fortunately the responsible solved the issue, which we appreciate. Overall we were happy of our stay!

Location is great. Good beds that made sleeping easy. Met a lot of interesting people there. There is a balcony attached to each dorm.

Not like a european style hostel with atmosphere and activities. Almost all guests are long-stayers, but this was interesting. Inside the dorm there are not much place to put your stuff, no locks. No sign outside on the door. Dorms are located towards the road, thus a bit much street noise. The toilets and showers are small and only cleaned in the morning so in the evening it is quite dirty. I left my clothes for laundry and they didn’t come back clean.

Location is excellent.

Bed sheets was awful, very small size and uncomforatble.

The private room has a window you can open to get fresh air.

The Hostel is on a 5th floor without elevator! And, the bathroom is dirty. They only empty the paper towels bin but never clean the bathroom, sink and the shower. There are Russians long stayers in that hostel that hang around the dining/kitchen area. It feels like you are staying at a Russian household.

Perfect localisation in there heart of Yerevan. The women bathroom was already super clean thanks to the ladies that always made sure of it. It was very quiet at night.

We were 2 girls traveling and one of the receptionist was very insisting towards my friend. And the end, we didn't feel safe and felt very uncomfortable. Shame !

It was my second time here after 5 years ago, the first time was 2018 and the Hostel was full of energy and vibes. when i come back i was saddened and disappointed with the place it was sad and no vibes at all. the staff were unfriendly. 👎🏻 The place has lost it’s glory and comfy homy place.

We paid a very good price considering we had a private room and bathroom with even a balcony for new years eve. The position is good and close to most interesting places.

The place is quite smelly, and kitchen dirty. Opened the cups closed and saw a black insect running away. The facilities are very basic and room quite small, with incredibly small blankets and sheets. Correct for spending just a couple of nights at a cheap price.

- 10 euros per night too expensive for the quality - no sign on the door, - bad welcoming, - dirty entrance at 5th floor without elevator - bad mattress and bedding - very small bathroom => last option if no room elsewhere

Friendly staffs, positive atmosphere, feeling safe, good location (near center), clean facilities, and good price.
