Location good..van clean..friendly owner

No electric fan..it was very hot!

Everything thing you could want is supplied. The caravan has a very homely feeling. If you have a question your message is immediately replied to. Amy is very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

perfect size for my family

Very Clean and well stocked with crockery etc. Excellent location right near the beach and other entertainments. We have stayed in a few statics and value for money wise, this tops them all. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be rebooking when time allows us! Host was friendly and approachable with all details provided for easy check in. Thank you for a short but excellent stay.

Great location and a lovely clean, comfortable caravan with everything you need. Amy was helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had about our booking. Would definitely recommend!

Amy the owner was very helpful.Caravan was very clean on arrival and nice and warm also in an ideal spot for the beach and to all the shops in town center would recomend the william morgan pub great prices for drinks and accepts dogs.Added advantage of WiFi which worked very well throughout our stay. 🙂

The location of the caravan a bit out of the way and difficult to find but was ok once we found were it was . No enclosed area for our dog or decking only thing but can't fault the caravan itself

Clean, amazing value for money and the location was perfect with many shops , beach and much more . The communication was great, Amy made sure we had a lovely stay! Over all I think it is a great place to come with family for a break. :)

The start of the stay was great, except for trying to get the door key out of the door safe, as it would not open, but managed to sort this out with a phone call. The property itself was lovely and in a great location. The problem came on the second day. The family had been out all day walking the lovely cliffs around the area, but when they got back to the property at 7pm and wanted to put the heating on the gas bottle had run out, and they needed the heating on as it was -3 deg outside. After a phone call, they were told nothing could be done until the next day,so, as it was so cold, they decided they would have to leave and go home that night. What a shame from a lovely start. I did ask the owner for a refund for the second night, but after a hopeful email that they would see what they could do after the property was checked, we heard nothing. The property was left in the same clean state as we arrived, so I guess they were just playing for time. I believe the property has been taken off booking.com but can be booked through Airbnb, so just be warned the property is there for profit but not service.

Even if the family had stayed in the property all day for the 2 days, you would expect that there would be enough standard requirements of heating and lighting to cover the 2 days. For the gas bottle to run out on the second day and the backup bottle to empty is not good enough.

Our stay was absolutely AMAZING! We had everything we needed and more in Amy’s caravan. Anything we needed or any questions were answered pretty much straight away. We struggled to find somewhere that accepted big dogs and amy was amazing and let us come with our big softie! caravan location was in the middle of anything you need. beach is not even a 5 minute walk. We loved every second and we can’t wait to come back! x

Fantastic caravan, home from home. Excellent location, plenty to do for the kids. The beach is literally a 5min walk away. Our host Amy went above and beyond with communication. I highly recommend 👌
