大浴場がとても良かった。 スタッフの方もみなさま親切で日本語が通じるのも良かった。 また泊まりたい。

お部屋のトイレ兼お風呂が部屋干しのような臭いがして少し不快だった。 大浴場があったのであまり問題はなかったが、トイレに入る時とそこのドアが少しでも空いていると部屋も少し臭うので改善してもらえると嬉しい。

日本人スタッフが多くて安心。部屋の天井が高く広く感じて快適。清潔。大浴場設備がとても充実していて快適。サウナもとてもいい。朝食は種類が豊富でとても美味しい。

This property isn't good if you're in Seoul for a leisure trip. There are many plastic surgery hospitals nearby, and this hotel mainly caters to their comfortable stay. The property is surrounded by hospitals and other residential hotels. To get to the restaurants, you have to walk down the whole alley. There are only a few options available if you only eat chicken. We stayed there for 3 days and all three days had the same breakfast menu One of the staff members said to us on our last day when we entered for breakfast that your child was not included in the package. As I was eating breakfast, she asked me to speak with the front desk staff. . I showed her the booking details and the front desk woman apologized, but the breakfast court lady never apologized. It was really insulting. Other than this one lady all the other staff were helpful and polite . SPA - Best part of this propert is Spa its very rejuvenating. Evening Noodles - They offer free soyabeen noodle soup free to everyone. Room size - Room s are very small compare to the price which we are paying

The onsen and location is excellent. Lots of little things the hotel does makes the Dormy my favourite place to stay in Seoul.

Good location, close to subway station. Huge breakfast buffet. They do have a public spa with sauna. The staff is very friendly & helpful.

The room was compact, clean, and had everything it needed to have. Staff was correct and could handle both Japanese and English, which was very helpful.
