Absolutely perfect house for a family and friends get together (x12 of us with a mix of adults, teenagers and children). Perfect location for Hunstanton and getting to other locations such as Thornham and Brancaster. We will definitely be contacting the owners again for further stays at this amazing house.

Three generations came together for a family Christmas gathering. The house was perfect for our group. Having 2 lounges enabled some quiet paper reading while others were playing pool. The 2 floors of bedrooms was ideal as the small children were able to be on one floor. Everyone slept well. We cooked a full Christmas dinner and really appreciated the double oven. There was plenty of hot water, as others say the shower pressure in the en-suite was not as good as the main bathroom but several enjoyed having a bath. The location was ideal we enjoyed a blustery walk along the seafront and were just minutes from the local shops and cafes. All the family from toddler to retirees loved the house and we went through the availability calendar to try and find a weekend for 2023 as we all want to return.

We were 5 friends celebrating various birthdays and stayed for a November weekend. The house is spacious with great kitchen and cosy lounge plus. Lounge with pool table. Private parking and so close to the sea. Beautiful views too can highly recommend

We are a group of running friends who had entered for the Sandringham 10K run. The property suited us very well as we are a mixed group of individuals. We all had a good weekend in the house enjoying food, drink and plenty of conversation around the kitchen table. The house is very spacious with lovely Arts and Crafts features, a very comfortable house in a beautiful setting.

This house was just perfect for our family weekend celebrating an 80th birthday with 4 generations. Big rooms, lots of space, lovely garden and thick walls so very soundproof - we had a 19 month old and a dog and all slept well. Location is superb, sea views from some rooms and just minutes from the seafront and the town centre. Highly recommend this place for large groups be it family or friends.

We had a really lovely weekend at this property. The house is furnished to a high standard and is in an excellent location. The owners were prompt in replying to any questions. I would thoroughly recommend this property and I hope to return one day.

Great property. All rooms excellent. Very welcoming. Everything we needed. We all (12 in total) had a relaxed and memorable break.

The house is wonderful and in a perfect location. We all had such a lovely holiday. Plenty to do, dog walks are great. Cannot fault our stay in any way. Will definitely come again.

It was very spacious and clean. I would have appreciated bins in each room, shelves or tables to put personal items on in bedrooms and soap/shower gel

House is great for a large family get together with large communal areas and garden as well as lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and loads of good extras like books, board games, pool table for any bad weather days. Location is perfect right next to beach and shops. A very few small niggles that stopped this from being a 5 star rating: the outside bin was completely full when we arrived, there was no hand soap provided in the bathrooms, and it would have been good to have a welcome pack with some basics like milk, bread, dishwasher tablets waiting when we arrived - this seems to be standard in other places we have rented. However, we were close to shops so wasn’t a huge issue.

We came away with our children and grandchildren and we all agree the house was amazing and suited our needs perfectly. The house is in an excellent location. The owners were very attentive and helpful. If we came away to Norfolk we would most definitely look to stay again

We had a wonderful time at this very well appointed and spacious property.Loads of room for 3 families that included children aged 7,5,2 and a baby. Couldnt have asked for a better property to rent for a week. Owners were very attentive and great to deal with. Highly recommended. Had a lovely weekend away with family celebrating a big birthday. Three generations enjoyed the accommodation, location and pool table! Just what we required. House contains everything you could need for living, sleeping and eating. Great location too for all activities. Really was home from home. Only suggestion given the weather we had is to put a mat just inside the back door - 11 pairs of shoes in torrential rain meant we were continually mopping the kitchen floor! Highly recommend. To give you 5 stars I would have asked for better showers in some bathrooms. The output of water was temperamental in a couple. However this shouldn’t distract from the property review at all and should be easily fixed by the owners.

The property met everyone's needs for a long weekend

Easy to find with clear directions of how to get in, lovely house, immaculately clean but also felt very homely considering how big it is. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

It was lovely and clean and we were especially pleased with the equipment. There were ten adults a child and newborn baby, we had lots of room and great weather. Just before we went I saw a very negative review, so I was a bit apprehensive. I shouldn't have worried. Our experience was fantastic and I will certainly consider it for a future break. The house is brilliant, every room is so large (including bedrooms)and spread out so you never feel on top of each other. As we had three small children we were able to keep one reception room as a play area and then in the evening had the other one for us adults to just relax in. Kitchen is great and really big. For us area was good base for us to go to diff beaches and farms/adventure parks - fab family holiday

Just back from a brilliant week at this property. There were 8 of us staying in it (4 adults, 4 kids) and it was perfect for our needs. The place is huge so everyone had plenty of space. We had no issues with cleanliness it was spotless and everything was in good working order. Highlights included the pool table, massive bath and lots of fridge room for the online shop! The wifi could be a little hit and miss in some rooms if all the kids were on their tablets, but i believe this is getting upgraded soon. Location wise, it is really close to all the facilities, even the kids couldn't complain about the few minutes it took to get to the shops, amusements, beach etc. Oh, and decent chinese and indian takeaways just around the corner too. Plus there is a great play park at the end of the road (with pitch and putt and icecream stand) which is all of... 2 minutes away? We go away as a group every year and it is very hard to find such a large property so close to amenities (with sea views!), especially with off road parking, so this is a real find. We had a small maintenance issue on the second night, but the owner was straight back to me on the phone and popped straight over to sort it out. Couldn't have been more helpful. All in all, I think this is probably the best property our group have stayed in during the 10 years or so that we have been needing a property of this size. Highly recommended!
