The property was set up in well, quiet, and the beds were comfortable.

The kitchen wasn’t very well stocked. Additional pans, wine glasses, salt and pepper, more to the kitchen. The restaurants closed to early.

The location was fantastic. Beautiful views of the Wisconsin River and away from the touristy areas. It was quiet. We never heard other guests while inside our room. It was clean when we arrived and the room was beautiful with a jacuzzi.

The door security swing latch was completely broken off. All we had to lock our room at night was the simple deadbolt. There was never any staff at the front desk in our building. A sign marked that it was closed. This made the resort feel unwelcoming. The light switches in our room were a nightmare to figure out. They never worked the same each day. There were not enough parking spaces. We were supposed to have 2 but we could barely find one some nights. No housekeeping ever came in to switch out towels or collect garbage even though a notice inside the room said that they would. The shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty inside the showers.

We booked this space for our group of three kids and two adults. It was clean upon arrival. However, we found out that we had to pay for the water park passes which amount to $53/day per person. I booked via Booking.com and while the information re: the passes is listed, it's not in the main description. Instead, the mention of no tickets is underneath a company summary of Vacasa. This info should be front-and-center and included in the general summary folks review prior to booking. Additionally, there was no cable TV and the internet service was very poor (we were constantly kicked off) which made streaming anything on phones/iPads impossible. Lastly, the freezer leaked into the fridge so we had a pool of water on the top right shelf the entire visit. Overall, the space is large and can accommodate a group, however, I wouldn't have booked it given the additional costs incurred to swim there.

I liked the location of the property. Common areas were clean. Super easy to find the Condo.

We had issues locking the door when leaving the room to go into town. Though we did contact someone we weren't able to fix this problem. Our stay wasn't long but feel it's important. Sheets on some beds appeared to be dirty or maybe old stains. The towels were a bit rough, then again our stay was short so not a big deal. Ice maker wasn't working but we were able to get it from the common area.

Didn’t like that my check in was at 4:00pm but my room wasn’t ready until 5:00pm

I did not realize the Waterpark was not included when I booked. Need to be more transparent.

My family absolutely loved staying here! We have three daughters and they really enjoyed having their own room! We loved how spacious the condo was and having the extra space for our kids to play was great! Having the kitchen stocked with utensils, cleaning supplies and a dishwasher was a major bonus! It was super clean, comfortable and a short walk to all the amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

This room is incredibly spacious, we had 7 ppl very comfortably. It was in a quiet part of Wisconsin Dells and short drive to main area and attractions. Accessing the unit was a breeze. Ample parking Full size kitchen and dishwasher was wonderful. Everything you need to cook in the unit, including a toaster, baking sheet and cutting board (no blender). Room is adjacent to main elevators and ice machine. Connected by tunnel to indoor Waterpark and on site restaurants.

There were 2 restaurants in building and one a short drive on property but wasn't open. The unit is privately owned so access to resort amenities (gym, kids club, Waterpark), isn't included, access to Waterpark is NOT included and is costly. When booking, it was not stated anywhere that Chula Vista Waterpark passes would be an additional fee. Plan ahead Restaurants close early about 8 or 9pm.
