Problemer med denne bookingen, vi fikk ikke sjekket inn i deres utleie leilighet da de ikke har svart på mine meldinger, samt ikke fått taket dem i deres kontaktnummer. Har brukt mye tid å få taket dem, uten hell. Vi fikk aldri tildelt QR og tildelt bygg, for å kunne få komme inn i område. Før dere booker, husk å ringe kontaktpersoner, tar de ikke tefonen, la være å booke, da ender du uten sted å være., og ender med ekstra kostnader for å ordne nytt sted å bo. Streng forbud å ha besøk.

NONE. The property asked to pay security deposit when it was not indicated when we booked the reservation. They gave us options to pay the security deposit but none of them worked. We asked to settle it once we arrive so they can give us GAF but they did not agree. It's so difficult to contact the property. There's no active phone number. Misleading description of fees when we made the reservation. So much hassle and a total SCAM.

The property was so difficult to communicate and had misleading advertise on their page. Did not indicate that there will be security deposit to be paid up front after I completed my payment and reservation. They provided qr codes where to send the deposit fee but all were not working. Do not book on this property. Just a waste of money and time. I booked this reservation to relax with my cousins but it just gave us so much stress!

The check in was such a hassle. This is the first time i have checked in whereby i need to pay extra just to use the electricity. It was not even clearly stated. True enough the electricity shut itself off in the middle of the night! It was so hot and we thought it was a power trip but was only informed that we needed to pay extra to use the electricity Secondly, the linens were not clean. It was smelly for both the beds and when we lay down on our beds, it felt so itchy! Not just for me, but for all of us. Lastly, the 5000 pesos was agreed to ge deposited back to my account. I checked out on 15 March and till today, 8th April, the money was still not deposited back.

The television is not working & the electricity is prepaid. You need to load your meralco bill so anytime once you forget to load up the electricity will turns off.

After paying abnormal amout of funds for a two night stay a security deposit of 4000 peso. Karla D. from Azure management refuse to process the paperwork to have access to the complex. I had no choice but to cancel this reservation. Azure management scam there costomers, because of the cancelation I all so lost 7000 peso that I had to ask the credit card company to back by filling a fraud case.

I was Airbnbing a unit in Miami Tower for 31 nights. This request to stay was for extra family to come an enjoy the property. But Karla D. blocked this effort and scammed me of my funds. The credit card company only will reinbust what was on the card the 4000 peso I have loss forever.

AS OF SEPTEMBER 2023...NO SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUNDED .... NEED TO BAN THIS PLACE FROM ANY BOOKING SITE............refund for security deposit takes time, azure mentioned that it will be refunded in 14 days, mine is more than 14 days and sent them the clearance after so many reminders no reply and refund received. and this is the only paid staycation i exprienced with prepaid electricity and we need to pay addition in order to have it back......beware they will not mention it.
