Very cozy home in a convenient part of the city. As listed, all of the amenities were there and the home was clean.

Sometimes you might be able to hear people leaving their other rooms due to the automated door locks, but not too loud

I love everything. The best stay I ever had in Jacksonville. This is where I plan to stay from now on.

It was clean and smelt nice.

The Ring camera being placed in the living room. And knowing that the owner randomly turns it on and watches it. And the fact that he sold the house to another person without telling me. so my girlfriend and I shared a home with a stranger. And there was only one restroom for me my girl friend and the stranger to share.

I didn’t realize it was a modern day AB&B used as a Hotel but the rooms where clean, and had individual locks in each door. there was a bathroom to share and had to wait a few times.

The bedroom and bathroom were clean.

Kitchen sink faucet was not working because they don’t want you to be really cooking or making dishes. Check in time is only 3-6 pm. It kinda hard to hit those times if you are there for business. Didn’t like being told that they was a additional charge involved if you weren’t there at those hours. Everything thing there is electronic, so why don’t they just send it to you in an email?

Friendly staff and great amenities! The place is clean and well managed. The staff was hospitable. I forgot my shoes and they were even kind enough to ship them back to me! would 100% stay there again!

FOR FREE!!! -Very good WiFi -Spacious kitchen. Coffee machine, coffee, sugar, tea, snacks, kettle, everything you need to be able to cook yourself. - spacious dining room -comfortable seating area. - in comfort you can spend time on the back yard ----------------- ------------------------------ NUMBER - the room is fully consistent with the description and photos. - the room is not big but clean. No foreign odors. -Comfortable bed and mattress. - Clean linens. - the room has its own refrigerator, microwave, TV, wardrobe —---- BATHROOM - spacious comfortable with all the necessary things .. (clean towels, shower gel, soap, toilet paper, constantly hot water). Shampoo and Hair Balm

Those who travel a lot will understand how important it is to have such a hotel in mind. We are very happy that we found a comfortable hotel. no comments. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!!!

I liked everything there - very clean and nice decorated place - with attention to detail - a lot of amenities there - it was also very quiet. I felt there not like in a hotel, but like at home . I especially recommend staying there - it was great.

All rooms had locks on them and each person had their own code to enter the home. Towels, a toothbrush, and bath robes were provided. I felt completely safe there. Will definitely be back!

Pillows were older and kind of flat, but they did the trick.

Interesting concept rooms are in house but the owner does not stay on the property. The provided kitchen and even tooth brush’s and toothpaste. Perfect for our over night stay.
