Nice and spacious room for my family of 4. Good location for food and sightseeing. Easy access to the subway and buses. Staff spoke was nice and helpful plus spoke very good English.

I didn’t realize there was a fee to use the pool. Not a huge issue but just would like others to know in case they book this hotel on booking.com.

It was well located and very comfortable, clean with good staff.

We were told on arrival that there was no breakfast available , but we saw that breakfast was advertised in the adjacent restaurant but only for 1 hour daily. Unsure whether we got the wrong message or breakfasts were indeed unavailable. Either way I think that only one hour for breakfast is not enough for a hotel of this quality.

Walking distance to convenience stores and eateries

The location was very difficult to locate by taxi. We took two taxis and both got lost. Bed, chairs and sofa was SO badly sunken in that we had a backache after sleeping Washer and dryer was 5000won each and there was only one washer and one dryer for the entire hotel Housekeeping had no initiative, hand washed a piece of clothing and hung it in the bathroom to dry and came back to find my clothing bunched up in a ball under the sink cause housekeeping wanted to hang out the towel on the rack.

The staff (front desk and housekeeping) were all great. The location is a working neighborhood so it gets pretty busy around lunchtime and the end of the workday. There aren’t a lot of touristy things to do that are close by. Deoksugung Palace is within walking distance and Myeongdong is two train stops away. There are a lot of restaurants in the area because it is very close to city hall. The area is quiet. If you are traveling by taxi, some may have difficulty finding the hotel but most don’t. They do have valet if needed. The cafe was closed during our stay. The pool and gym were available for use. The room was small for 3 people and 3 beds but we made it work. We had to live out of our suitcases for the trip because there wasn’t any storage space but that wasn’t a deal breaker.

No door for toilet, there was basically one slide door which divided the sleeping room and toilet/shower/entry. When coming back in room/put your card in door, every light and tv switches on. Only 2 elevators present, sometimes you have to wait longer. One washing and one drying machine available for whole building.

Great location, great room and just very happy will be coming back!

Just that the laundry charges on the sheet are very expensive. Had to read reviews to find out they had a washing machine too use.

Nice modern building, clean rooms, well designed public areas, staff spoke English and did their jobs adequately. Great location within two minutes of City Hall metro station.

Disappointed to find out that despite appearing prominently in the photos, the swimming pool carries a significant additional charge (this is buried in the very small print). Staff didn't go out of their way to be helpful. Some room design choices were strange (eg can only turn off the bedside lights in bed by using the TV remote).

Location was close to station

The room was not clean, the shower glass dirt was very dirty with marks all over it. There was dust all over the floor. The shower hose was above the sink which made no sense at all. We couldn’t have a proper shower. The towels were extremely small and were not towels for adults to use after a shower, it was ridiculous. The noise was also extremely bad you could hear people next door using the toilet! We ended up leaving early as we couldn’t stay in this place it’s so bad!!

The room was clean and neat, the beds were made everyday and comfortable. Necessary facilities were available and modern. The location was near Myeongdong, one of the hotspots for tourists, therefore good as well. Just around the corner is a subway station. The staff is very friendly.

It was a bit weird that there was not really a door between bathroom and bedroom/corridor. Other than that we really liked our stay!

Bom quarto, excelente chuveiro e limpeza. Toalhas grandes ( normalmente na Coreia são várias toalhas pequenas) mas neste hotel tinha toalhas grandes.

La tapa del WC se movía y parecía antigua. La zona de la piscina tenía unas baldosas cerca de la piscina que esta a punto de caerse.

房間非常乾淨，白天飯店進來打掃的員工很貼心，有發現我們不需要浴袍，需要衣架，整理房間後，還特別留衣架給我們。

從機場在首爾換地鐵的時候有點辛苦。 離市廳地鐵很近，只是需要經過一個斜坡，第一天來時下雪，行李無法拉上斜坡，因為雪的關係非常容易滑倒。

La chambre standard ou deluxe sont très propres, literie excellente, eau, brosse a dents, chaussons changes tous les jours ainsi que les serviettes. Discrétion du personnel, toujours aimable. Situation géographique prés du metro, restaurants. Le tarif de l’établissement est très correct pour une chambre de 36m 2 .

Huge room, plenty of space for luggage, even has a little sofa! Bathroom was great, had space to put stuff on the sink.

Excellent location, steps away from City Hall subway station and easy to reach from the airport as well as the railway station.

The gym was not particularly well equipped and poorly ventilated as it neighbored the pool.
