No microwave

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE NICE PHOTOS. The room I was assigned to smelled like burning rubber and chemicals, it had cockroaches crawling from the walls. The next day I requested to get transferred to a different room, it was a tiny bit better but the bed was so sunken and the TV is not working. It smelled a bit better where I didn't get headaches but still smelled old and moldy. The floors was sticky. But I was told that’s their best room So I just finished my stay and got out as quickly as possible when it was time for check out.

The man at the reception is very rude and has a very bad attitude towards customers.

Me and my family drove all the way from Vegas, we arrived a little late at 2:30AM, they won’t give a exceptions what for all, even NO REFUND to the night, this is so terrible as a owner!!

The staff was nice

Terrible front desk , if you wanna get treated like some trash or not a valued customer then come here. Save your money and book somewhere else or just sleep in your car because they will try to steal your money here.

Rude staff, roaches, not enough towels,

There was a lot pubic hair on the tiles of the wall, I don’t know how they even missed it. It’s obvious they don’t have anyone inspecting the rooms when they have been “cleaned” Pictures on the site did not look at all like the room that was given to us.

Pool did not work no breakfast

The A/C can’t adjust. And the towel are dirty. The spa is maintaining

Terrible. we requested more towels to get in the pool and it was an issue since we “had towels in our room” WiFi password didn’t work either. Overall terrible experience

All homeless is there dirty not even like there picture room dirty pool even worse hotel in my life I didn’t even stay for 30 min

Office closes early

We were in town for three nights to attend family stuff and the hotel suited our needs just fine. For the price it was a better than a budget hotel chain. The staff was very friendly, free parking was a real money saver. Location was great for what we needed. It definitely needs updating , but it was clean. The AC is loud,as are all hotels and we travel with a sound machine so I recommend you bring one of those and you will sleep like a baby. We were in the middle away from any streets, so that may have helped. We will stay there again in the future.

As you walk in to their lobby to check in, I noticed the lobby was upside dawn. Richard the general manager was very extremely rude, will never ever refer anyone to go.

It was a cool stay

Check in was easy. However when I got to my room there was cockroaches in the room. The receptionist was nice to change my room. But even in the other room there was cockroaches. I think it's due to having it rent out for a long period of time to others. The stairs and the rail was beyond dirty. I would not stay again.

No WiFi

Affordable option. You get what you pay for.

They needed more towels in room. And offered at least coffee for the morning.

Roaches and dirty room!

We just stayed overnight due to a festival in the area and it was a super convenient and easy stay. Staff was incredibly kind and efficient and got a lot of bang for our buck by staying here. Def will be coming here next time I’m heading to the rose bowl.

It was old and when I open the room door there was cockroaches in the room and bathroom. Also the bed was sunk in so trying to sleep was very uncomfortable. The floor was very old and sticky

We didn't stay here. Our room was dirty with live small roaches in the bathroom and my son found on his pillow. They have a strange 5pm check-in time, but being unfamiliar with the area, only in general, it seemed like a decent hotel. It wasn't. We filed a compliant once we returned from dinner. It was then my son noticed their policies posted about how long you have to file a compliant, it's as if they know exactly how an out of town experienced traveler would react to the condition of their property. We contacted hotels.com via chat and also filed a complaint with our bank.

The photos of the rooms are misleading. Our room had a linoleum floor (no carpet), the furniture was poorly painted, towels were quite thin, the phone didn't work which made it quite inconvenient to ask for fresh towels, tp, or more soap, etc. The king-size bed though was quite comfortable. The outside appearance was pretty shabby, e.g., peeling paint, rotting wood, barely planted gardens.

FALSELY ADVERTISED this is NOT a renovated cute boutique hotel. It is absolutely filthy, rundown, unsanitary, and unsafe. Broken bathroom roller door- got stuck in the bathroom had to lift the door from the bottom to slide over, broken shower head-lying on the ground, broken shower handle, stained sheets, hair on sheets, sticky/dirty fixtures, TV didn't work, homeless living in cars in the parking lot, paint/fascia peeling off the outside walls, Lobby filled with old furniture stacked on top of each other, broken window. All around terrible experience. Paid $261 for a motel that should never charge more than $50 a night- that's stretching it! I have pictures to back up everything, if only I could post! Pictures online ARE NOT ACCURATE!

Run!!! For a place that has a lot of expectations of their guests, it gives nothing in return. Check in is at 5 pm, no exceptions and takes 20 mins. Exterior is dry rotted and possible transients living in parking lot? When you turn on the room lights, the roaches scatter and evidence of rats-droppings and holes in the wall! Dept of health sign dtd 4/24/24 states Vermin infestation with a score of 58/100! Absolutely disgusting!

Unfriendly, staff seems to think guests are the enemy. Very weird
