Loved the room we got very spacious, felt like home . They can do better with the cleaning though

It was a comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed the hot.tub and pool. The price was faur. The bed was comfortable, but the unit smelled of mildew.

It was ok. The biggest issue was we came for the pool but it was closed because there MAY be bad weather. Never happened!

Floor was dirty and had a spill that was never cleaned up. Floor stayed dirty i had to buy my own mop to keep the floor clean. Room was only cleaned once in the seven day stay. We had to walk all the way to the office to exchange towels. Cigarette butts all over the outside. I declared my pets at check in but they were not checked in. 4 days into the stay i was locked out of my room because i had “undeclared” pets in my room. The hotel clerk was very rude. I will NOT ever stay at this hotel again after many visits. This hotel is a very unfriendly DUMP

I was cheated out of my deposit. There was no cooking ware in the room check out ur 12pm and I was rudely ask to leave 2 times by Maid even tho it was 10am and 11 am and was accused of damage to the room which is completely false. Not only was there no damage and no late check out but I always cleaned the entire room out of respect for the maids. Never had this experience in my life and will never ever return. None professional and cheats it’s customers out of money

The place itself was okay . Clean . Roomy . And well maintai ed patio pool areas . But you had to drive thru the sketchy abandoned weekly rental side of town to get to it .

The refrigerator / freezer was going out so it made a lot of noise throughout the whole night. And for some reason the light in the bathroom kept coming on on its own couldn't make it stay off and it was shining right in my eyes as I was trying to sleep. Other than these 2 things, it was a nice stay.

This was a very large room with a full kitchen. A wonderful option to stay for the night as we passed through!

The sofa bed is really old and saggy. Unit is dated and has a smell. Other than that, everything was okay.

I purposely booked the room with two queens and a sofa bed so that everyone could have their own bed. The sofa bed was completely a joke. Nobody could ever sleep on it. I would have never paid more for this accommodation.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. The walls are paper-thin and the guests above us were very noisy...all night partying and loud talking outside. I called the front desk and they somewhat handled it. Still a lot of banging around at 4 am. I was disappointed with the breakfast...cereal, muffins, and waffles only. Old creamer for coffee, that was literally syrup.

We arrived needing a room last minute due to poor conditions of 1st reserved hotel. The front desk was super nice helping us book a new reservation, even with a few speed bumps using a 3rd party. The rooms were clean and well stocked, the bed was comfortable, and we had samples available if we forgot something. Breakfast and coffee was offered in the morning. The pool, grilling and seating areas looked cozy even though we didn't get to take advantage. Overall, during our stay was pleasant.

We only stayed one night passing through. Our room was very spacious, but definitely a little outdated. Our room had a king and sofa bed. King bed was comfortable, but the mattress in the sofa bed wasn’t the best.

Roaches everywhere. Prices fluctuated constantly and drastically took my deposit after the room ea approved or a refundable document by housekeeping but he took it cause I was an hour late but It was pouring I s to winon Ubers I have a breathing problem etc just a horrible experience all around

We stayed as a family 2 nights. The motel is a little interesting to get too, but was decent. The man at the front desk was super helpful at all times. The room was pretty clean, queen beds were comfortable. If you plan to cook, you have to request more tableware, but it is given very easily. The only down was that we were in a floor room, and at night, even tho quiet time was at 10pm, we had someone stomping, running, etc above us until 11 or later. The second night I called the front desk, and they gladly checked into it for us, but it didn’t stop.

The room was convenient because it was a full studio apartment and I was going to be in town for a few days. The only things I saw that needed improvement was the bathroom door looked as though a dog may have been chewing on it. The floor seemed to need some repair and the pool was closed the majority of the time I was there. But I will stay again the next time I am in town. Hopefully they have whatever issues they had with the pool resolved by then.

Worst stay ever , the mildew was prevalent. The smell was overwhelming. The sink was leaking , big puddle on the floor. The mildew was over the AC vents. My mother was coughing. I m so disappointed that my health was at stake and when i reported the issue they just wanted to move me. It was midnight we had been on the road all day. We just wanted to rest and get out. Took pictures . I cant believe they are allowed to operate like this.

Amazing stay and very kind staff. The only change I see that would be nice is having cookware for the kitchen, and the upstairs room be closed in it is very unsafe for children.

When the cops are there 3 times from Monday to Thursday, not good.

The room was okay but the kitchen had no working appliances and we had a stove an oven that worked but no cookware was available. The free breakfast wasn't good, and served the same food everyday. Breakfast time is super limited and is from 7am to 9am. You couldn't take any food out of the eating area or be charged 25$ a plate if you do so. The room we stayed in was comfortable but not cleaned. The bedding wasn't cleaned properly and had blood stains and sand was everywhere upon arrival. We had to sweep to pick up all the sand which was alot considering that the room was supposed to be cleaned prior. There was hair all over the bathtub/shower. Laundry facilities are 24hr but only have 3 working washers an 2 dryers but only 1 dryer worked an barely dried the clothes. Washing was 2$ and drying was 3$ a load. All the vouchers and pamphlets for tourism were outdated and expired. There was no 24 access to water and coffee in the lounge area. Housekeeping worked throughout the day and are loud, nosy and messy. Constantly walking throughout the property there were sheets, towels an trash bags everywhere.

A great place to get rest while on vacation. My favorite part was the friendly staff.

The staff and the people were nice and the room was nice too. I didn't like the street it was on kind of bumpy but can't do much about it. But it's a 20-minute drive from the beach and you are right by the mall and Walmart. So, it is a nice hotel for a family and to take a vacation. Florida was lovely and so were the people. It was okay. I really liked the room, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in.

The room was nice and clean good rooms for a family, the area around the hotel was weird the locate is on end no lights plaza of a shopping plaza and there were random trucks and people hanging around the property clearly not guests
