Every time I stay it experience is amazing.

It was an eight day stay, celebrating 40 years of marriage. The room was comfortable, clean, and accommodating. There was a computer glitch, but we were offered free breakfast the final two days, and a comp night due to the inconvenience.

Showers took minimum of 10min running to actually get hot water to come out. Had to learn to start shower and run before time of actually wanting to get in for at least 10min before I could step into due to temperature being so cold. Sink water got hot fast, but not shower. Difficulty with checkin for room due to receptionist not asking us right questions about booking versus our names (not company name it was under). Took 15min extra with customer service of hotels.com with receptionist just to find booking made.

Room wasn't ready at check in time. 2 of the 4 elevators didnt work, so there was always a wait time. Room itself was decent. Towels provided were worn out. Room floor/lobby had holes in the wall. 6/10 overall rating.

Towels were old, stained and with holes, bath tub was rusty, pillow cases stained as well. Even though the room was on the 15th floor, you can hear all the road noises over the loud and over worked AC unit.
The $10 dollar breakfast was decent if you like fighting gnats for your food. Only good thing was the mini waffles. Weed is legal in Michigan, so there’s that. You have to venture out to locate the microwave on an odd number floor, and then again to find the vending machines. If you work the night shift, parking availability is going to be an inconvenience. Area is full of life, stores and eateries are plentiful being just around the corner.
The weekly rate makes all the minor details tolerable.

I stayed here for 3 weeks. Was told you receive housekeeping upon request. However, requested the last 7 days everyday due to no housekeeping coming. Had to go to front desk everyday for shampoo and towels. Took out my own trash. Terrible housekeeping here!

Room did not have a refrigerator or microwave. Bathroom was very small. Could hear the noise from the night club and could hear people talking outside. Breakfast was not included. Had to pay $10. Few things should have been better.

I was in town because I had to apply for an emergency guardian for my mothers. The breakfast and the lunch were amazing. The internet in my room was not working I had to call someone else for assistance.

The hotel is super nice and clean. 20 min away from downtown and 30 min from the airport. The staff are super helpful amazing.

The hotel was not clean the first room had a bad smoke smell. The hotel is new on the outside but needs updating in the inside with the carpet and smell. Not a great view at all . When we asked for towels weee given hand towels because there were no bath towels available.

After asking for a different room because ours smelled like pot the man did give a choice of two other rooms. The floor still smelled but the room was better. The best thing that happened was the breakfast attendant made us delicious omelettes each morning and was wonderful with bringing us waters and delicious waffles each morning . It cost us 10.00 but very much worth it.

The air conditioning was Very Loud. The bathroom was very small . I Could barely shut the door. No hot water and the ironing board was wobbling. The parking lot was always full had to park far away in second parking lot. I had my elderly Mom with me.

The rooms are nice, but how are the house keepers not wiping any of the desk night stands down? There were circles from cups and finger prints and dust. Glad I travel with disinfectant wipes. Other than that my stay was ok, didn’t utilize the restaurant. I heard it’s a club too

The rooms were smaller than an economy cruise ship. They are oddly shaped and have unnecesary furniture in them they you are constantly tripping over

very unprofessional, room wasn't cleaned. they clean rooms every three days. they checked us out of our room on the 27th, our checkout was on the 28th. they had given someone our room with our stuff still in there. then they gave us another room that was dirty, they ended up given us one of their suites, and offered us a full refund. im expecting my refund to be back on my card. i would not recommend this hotel to no one. I had a very stressful stay, seemed as if i was complaining to staff every day

Comfortable stay. Service staff were responsive and very helpful! Well located, also has a great convenience store in the gas station right next to the property.

They can do better, considering the nightly rate. The hotel is outdated with old, battered furniture in the room. I had an small, cube refrigerator that sat on the dresser in front of the t.v. (??).The hallways are poorly lit and have old, dark carpeting. There are "community" microwaves on the odd numbered floors, but they're also old and cheap and randomly positioned in the hallways, perched atop of old wooden stands. You get housekeeping service on the 5th day of your stay, but they never emptied my trash cans. I had to do that myself. My key cards would not work consistently. The staff were nice. I guess they have to work with what they have.

I had a decent stay. The staff was really nice and attentive. My only complaints would be the parking, and the ice machine on my floor was out of service.

Our stay was just O>K>because the sink bowl leaked water all over bathroom floor. We were in room 509 and evidently that bowl was cracked because we had to endure
water being soaked on the floor, using towels to soak it only to discover that they were out of towels. Also, gentleman who checked us in was fussing at his cowworker while cheecking us in.
