There was construction going on which made the path to my room a very long one . The hand soap and lotion was for a toddler.

The front desk should make it known when you check in that scammers could call your hotel room, ask for you by name and ask you for money. Also the fact that this business doesn’t care that a person’s information was compromised is ludicrous.

Little loud there was a kid bday party in the room across from us and the kids were extremely loud but I was so tired I slept through it

It was horrible a really bad odor the hotel had water leaking everywhere. The smell was in the room the hallway pretty much everywhere. Wasn't Able to sleep really uncomfortable bad experience.

When we arrived it was a little dirty on the rugs and stairs ...we were worried...
HOWEVER.. the rooms were clean and while we were there a carpet cleaning company arrived and did an amazing job on the stairs and lower floor. All was good... its a big long building and very friendy security walked the halls and grounds... made us feel very comfortable...Fyi...seemed to be a safe area anyway...shopped local stores ..everyone was awesome that we met.
Note... lots of towels and coffee pods... no one rushed us out at 11am..friendly desk staff... what else do you want from an economical hotel.

We patronized this hotel because we were visiting family in the area. Upon entering the room, I noticed a very noticeable “musty” smell as if the carpet needed to be pulled. While in the restroom, I observed a soiled washcloth hanging from the shower curtain. Later on, my mother found a flea crawling on her ankle. I’m not a particularly picky person, but the combination of issues with this place was totally unacceptable. To top things off, I noticed that when I received my final bill, they DID NOT honor the price quoted on Hotels.com. THAT issue will be addressed with that location and if not rectified, further up the chain. The Marriott brand should be ashamed of allowing one of their properties to drop so far below their standards!!

Really disappointed with the conditions of the room we were given and its cleanliness. The curtains were ripped, carpet felt wet, and the overall feel was not what we expected for what we paid. Dirty swimming pool. This is poor management or ownership for not supporting the hotel workers with the necessary items to ensure a clean environment for the paying guests. We will not return to this hotel. The workers were all very friendly and the area around the hotel was relatively nice.

Hotel itself was not too bad. Took a long time to check in because a few people before me complained about room smelling of wet mold and I think the clerk was new , which wasn’t a problem just took longer to check in. Rooms were located a long ways away from the elevator but again not a major problem just inconvenient at times. Overall would stay again.

I understand this property is scheduled for a giant renovation - so I think that’s important to keep in mind. But as it stands today, this is a terrible reflection of the Courtyard Marriott standards.
Some of the worst lighting in the room I’ve ever seen, and AWFUL mold growth on the bathroom ceiling.

The room had a smell, the toilet did not flush, they weren't able to change rooms due to being booked . They asked me if i wanted a plunger because maintenance wasn't available. Yhen i was told maintenance would be in in 20 minutes, but that never happened. I was woke up at 9 am for maintenance but at that point it was almost check out. I asked the front desk if they could accommodate me in any way , discount or something but each time management wasn't available. I have stayed at Marriott in many cities but this has been the worst one so far. Although my stay was not good i will say the front desk had good customer service.

Although it was comfortable. The shower had Mold on the shower curtain. And no garbage bags in two of the trash cans.
The night clerk said he had nowhere to transfer me to. Didn't use the shower. Mold is not good to come in contact with.

My parents used to always stay at this hotel when. They came to town. I was surprised at how it has declined. It doesn’t appear clean anymore with stains on carpet, elevators dirty, etc.

My family and I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott for four days. During our stay, we never received any housekeeping services.
We had to request clean towels daily. The bed linen was dirty and the furniture needed
Cleaning and dusting. This has been one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful and tried to help but we did not get the assistance we needed unfortunately.

I like the Facility as a whole. The security was awesome. The young lady was constantly present walking the ib and outside of the building. My hubby is on a walker she offered the best route to take to minimize his steps. We requested an accessible room. I think it was not noted. (Reservation was made 3rd party) so we where not granted a room. I think the hotel needs a deep cleaning. Its a nice hotel, but it can be nicer with overall cleaning.

The staff was great and very responsive. Front desk staff were helpful and recommended good restaurant options.
The main challenge is that the hotel is showing its age.
The HVAC system was noisy and it was really hard to get a setting that worked.
Meanwhile, my colleague checked into another room at this hotel and the room had not been cleaned before check-in. Trash in the trash cans, dirty sheets, etc.

Understaffed or no one wants to do the job anymore. People were knocking on my door at 9 am for house keeping and check out isn’t till noon. Called 3 times for towels in the pool and still got nothing 4 hours later

It was a dirty room, and it may have given us bed bugs.

I like that the room was courtyard facing. I did not like that the room ended up having water leaking in from the rain, the lamps lights on the desk and behind the couch had shortages in them they flickered, and the bathroom stayed humid and hot the entire stay due to no ventilation or allowing of the door to stay open.

I’m definitely reaching out to the corporate office. The whole reason for the stay was to utilize the pool & the breakfast.
The pool was filthy, it had a film floating on the surface. The filter must not have been working. The A/C in the pool area was broken, it was like sitting inside an oven. We propped the doors open & the front desk staff came & shut them saying they were working on fixing the air. I was there two days & it never got fixed.
The breakfast is no longer buffet style. There is ONE person working to take orders & fix & serve the food. It is NOT a kid friendly menu. I prepaid for breakfast for both days & lost money on the second day as I opted to take the kids to IHOP instead of eating something they didn’t want.
I really like Courtyard but I’m beyond disappointed in my stay & they won’t be my first choice in the future.
