My business trip was for 7 days. After the fourth day the internet started to fail, despite that I ask for help there was no attention -I finished used my phone internet.
Despite the dollars tips, some waitress are phenomenal some others are really rude.
If you have other choices take them.

Everything was fine but I was very disappointed with the customer service because that I checked out and left my jacket in my room, then I called the hotel 2 days after check out but they said there was no jacket in my room.

Serenity in the city. Beautiful, relaxing, large, secured courtyard area that provides a peaceful retreat in the city. Sufficiently close to the airport. I have had an amazing stay here. *the restaurant coffee is good.

Last time I stayed in this hotel in May all was perfect, as I stayed on the mail building. At this time my room was located in the outside building next to the pool. Room is good, clean, good space, therefore wifi signal is really weak in that area.

Hotel is nice and clean, covid is an issue we all need to do are part to stay safe and people around us, but that shouldn’t mean to be taken advantage by hotel management by closing water fountains, having to pay $3 for water bottles and $2.50 for a a cup of noodle soup.. I have been to hotels that they still serve breakfast and to avoid large crowds they bring the food to your table and tables 6 ft apart. Not all hotels think the same, it seems some care more then others.

We really enjoyed the Holiday Inn and came back after visiting several years ago. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with live piano music, we got to enjoy the pool and gym, and the only downside is that they are remodeling so it was a bit inconvenient to get to our room from the lobby.

I stayed the whole week in the new part of the hotel still under building. Rooms are really nice, confortable and well decorated. Nice choice of tv channels, amenities and bed dressing.
The only main negative for me was the noise from the street. It never stop during the day and increase a lot from 5 am. I would expect better noise insulation for a fresh new building. Same noise disturbance when the hotel is organizing a party with music until midnight.
The hotel staff is very welcoming. The breakfast is just perfect with delicious fresh fruits. We enjoyed the dinner at the hotel restaurant all evenings and where never disappointed. During this period their is a steak house event with outside BBQ. That’s very typique and well cooked!!
At your convenience the hotel is organizing shuttle transport where you want at San Luis Potosi. When the shuttle is not available they will call you at taxi. All these people are so kind and welcoming.
I should definitely stay again next time.
