I will admit from the outside this was the nicest and most modern Red Roof Inn I've ever seen. But the inside of the room furniture was very old and dated, and the bed and pillows were hard. The accessories, I.E lamps, Etc we're nice though. What I experience though at check-in in all of my 40-plus years of traveling, I've never heard before. I arrived after a long drive just 14 minutes before they're 3:00 p.m. guarantee like all hotels do. But never have I ever been told they were going to charge $25 to check in minutes before 3:00 p.m. the girl at the front acted like she was doing me a favor by saying don't worry about it, I won't charge you for that. This is insane, because this hotel was in a not so great area and there were over 140 rooms available. This is not the way to bring back repeat business or Word of Mouth, so the manager of this hotel needs to be aware of this weird policy.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. I liked that they accepted my dog and room was large and clean. Bathroom needs a remodel but for one night it was fantastic for the price.

Room was clean, shower needed/needs actual shower curtains not the cloth kind, I recommend carpet cleaning for the hallways.

I wasn’t sure what to expect and get nervous booking online without knowing the area. The structure of the building is older, but everything is clean and nicely updated. The final floors feel cleaner than carpet and the bedding looks crisp. The pool area is also nicer than I expected. While it’s close to a gas station and road, it’s blocked by privacy fencing and the whole pool area looks recently updated.

This hotel is consistently good. Is it luxurious? No. It's just the best value I've found. Nice people, clean and convenient. It's price is a couple bucks past the dingy economy places but the value crushes those places.

I have stayed in dozens of hotels and this one was definitely at the top ofy list. It's like $10-$15 more than the cheap places, but it's so worth it. The staff was awesome, the room was roomy and clean. The property was well kept. Highly recommend this hotel. You won't regret it.

Upon arrival, I discovered that the sheets in my room were dirty. This is unacceptable and not in line with the standards I expect from this hotel

Close to the highway and gas station. The room was spacious and clean.

It was good except the ice maker in the 4th floor was broke and the carpet was wet in front of the elevator and it had a weird smell. Other than that, the front desk clerks were great and the room was great.

The lobby staff was very helpful in telling us places to eat and answered our questions. The room wasn't vacuumed, but everything else was fine.

Safe, clean, and inexpensive

I booked 2 rooms so we would have a place to stop and sleep on our way to Florida. Ronnie at the front desk was polite and helpful, and addressed our issue timely and professionally to the best of his ability. One of our rooms didn’t feel super clean but was okay overall. Our other room had dried urine spots completely lining the sides of the toilet under the seat. The sheets had dirty spots…one looked like a skid mark and the other resembled a rather large area of what appeared to be either old dried blood or spilled wine. We were given a different room which didn’t feel extremely clean either, but at least no bodily waste spots on the sheets or urine lining the toilet. If we could have gotten our money back we would have just kept driving.

Was pretty nice for a RR Inn. Our room was bigger than our much more expensive Disney hotel. I'd stay there again the next time I come through Macon.
