The people at the desk were super friendly and helpful

The bed was stained and ripped. The room smelled and was dirty. Staff said they were all booked and didnt offer solutions to the dirtiness of the room.

To start off the bedding was extremely dirty. The customer service was very distasteful. There was no compromise or consideration for how our experience was, or how we were treated. I will NEVER return!

This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. EVERYTHING about this place was Terrible. Will or tell Anyone to go here.

crackheads and prostitute and just not a place you want to be in specially that it is surrounded by nice hotels for the rate or even cheaper.

This cheap hotel is 2 star so of course its not the Hilton, BUT darn the sheets were not washed, dirty pet paws all on them and excessive stains, hairs on the pillow., Floors dirty, chair was dirty, looked like old throw up on it and just nasty and old (could easily be replaced) The bathroom tub was nasty! Please replace it asap, we did not even shower. The bath towels nasty, we had to ask for new ones as well as bed sheets which they did give. If you looking to lay your head real quick which we did, it was still disgusting. Do better Red Roof, I have been to other cities over the years and this one in Cincinnati was theeee worse. Also substance abusers were tweaking out on property and other shady looking individuals. I saw a few dead bugs too, looked old so u know no one cleaned the room if they missed them, but no living ones fortunately. The front desk folks were ok but the check in process we had to fill out a paper although we booked online, so not the typical electronic transaction for additional info like other hotels…

Staff were nice, efficient and reasonable but the room we got was far from perfect. The TV screen didn't work and all we could hear was sound, our remote didn't come with any batteries and the refrigerator was broken. Would've went to front desk but due to certain circumstances, we couldn't get anyone to come up. Plus, we only stayed two night's (though counting the deposit, I spent over 300 for a room with no amenities.) Hopefully they'll get it fixed up for the next person.

Front desk is very welcoming,the cleanness is too bad.stains hairs broken shower room. I would not recommend it.The staff is good.

The staff was extremely nice, and welcoming. Absolutely no issues there. The building and parking and property were all every well kept and nice. The room was not the cleanest, stains and burn holes in the bedding, pubes under the toilet seat and shower, all very dusty and not able to have the TV, Fridge, and Microwave pluged in at the same time.

I tried two room covers dirty and comfort covers

I’m a pretty frugal guy and always look for a bargain. So when I saw this for 75$ a night I figuired it can’t be that bad for literally just a place to sleep. Check in process was okay, first room the AC didn’t work, shower was dirty and the overall room was old and dirty. Second room was in the same bad condition but Atleast the AC worked. Blankets had burn holes, bathroom stained. The beds were not comfy and the pillows are just random mismatched cheap pillows. The staff was nice Atleast. Just overall a depressing place to stay. I mean for 75$ you get what you pay for, but I think I am over the days of cheaping out on hotels.

The sheets we’re dirty and the room temperature goes to 62 degrees( it’s 90 degrees out today).

The beds were horrible. The tub was still dirty. Fesces left around the property premises by pets

The area was not good for a single female traveling alone. There were stains on the bed spread. A puddle of water inside the room in front of the a/c. Smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking room

AC was great….bout it. Yellow stains on towels and large brown, mud like, stain all over the shower floor.

Customer service desk it was rude service and lady on desk all not really friendly

Very worn down. Needs a complete renovation. Great location. Staff was great.

When we stay at a hotel with our dogs, we expect the room to not be elegant. We were in room 130, which had king bed and handicap bathroom. No vanity in the bathroom so getting ready was a bit challenging. We would stay here again, just a different room.

It's pretty terrible. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and there were all sorts of little issues with the room. The staff was very nice and professional. But the building itself has issues.

Nasty, roaches in rooms. Rooms not clean at all, dirt on walls and dirty fridge and microwave. Nothing but a bunch of drug addicts running the place and staying there.

Cigarettes smell all over the place; very old air condition with loud noise (hard to sleep in the night). Stay out of the place; pay extra $20-$30 and there are plenty of nice hotels around.

The property was okay on a real basic level.

There were cockroaches, squeaky loud bed, unsafe bathtub for shower, wide enough to stand with 2 feet side by side. Poor condition. Do not stay here. Sketchy environment.

We needed a reasonably priced, but safe, motel for an overnight stay due to an interview I had. If you're looking for something super fancy, elegant, &/or roomy, this would be a poor choice. But if you're looking for something affordable, safe, and reasonably comfortable for a short stay, it's absolutely PERFECT, and I highly recommend it! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and if I ever need a place to stay that won't cost me a fortute, this is where I'll be going. Highly recommend!

No refrigerator or microwave unable to bring good back . And so many gnats I was told a king bed it was 2 full size to small for me, will not be going back.
