It was comfortable enough but the rooms are small and very basic amenities in the room. Enjoyed the free breakfast!

Would not recommend the room that I was in… it smelled of eucalyptus oil. And room 115 was next the stair case and could hear people go up and down and it is by the ramp on the other side and could not sleep because hearing people go up and down with luggage. Told the property manager and they were kind enough to give room 251 but that smelled worse!!! So ended up staying in a room which was very uncomfortable

The curtains are see through. My room was dusty, my eyes were irritated. There was hair on the shower walls and all on the floor of bathroom. Location was nice and the building layout was cute and cozy. Easy check in and out. Plenty of parking.

Hotel was fine, beds were a bit stiff & hard, and walls and doors are very thin so we heard everything from our neighbors. We expected laundry facilities on site, but there were none

Although the beds are comfy, I did not sleep well from the paper thin walls and noise of other guests and traffic through the night.
Location wise this is about 2.5 miles from Santa Monica pier so quite a trek.
Shout out to the lively staff, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

I unfortunately had to cut my stay short. The manager would not honor a request from me or hotel.com for a refund for the days I could not stay. I informed the front desk that I would be checking out in advance.
I cannot reccommend Comfort inn to others if this is not resolved.

We stayed here because it was close to UCLA Medical Center. The hotel was clean and checking in was easy. I don't think the extra charge for parking was good.

We loved our hotel room.
Easy and quick check-in and a clean and tidy room waiting.
Plenty of room for the four of us and loved our included breakfast.
Found it helpful that all doors entering the building needed our room card to access - felt more secure.
Parking was on-site.

The property was very nice. We can see they are updating the rooms but we were in an unrenovated one with stained carpet, smelly AC and a faint ofor of cigarette smoke. There were lights burnt out in the room as well. The room was very small with almost no space for our luggage. The rest of the place was clean and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is right on the main road with lots of traffic noise but tje staff made us leave the patio chairs where we were sitting quietly to get some air because of "quiet time after 10". I'd find another place to stay in the area if we traveled there again.

Room was slightly small and dated. But clean and worked for what we needed. Kids liked the pool. Was very deep so bring safety things for small children. Breakfast was decent. Better than some but basic. Would stay here again. Area is not so great but very easy to get to everywhere you need to be.

Lots of foot traffic noise within the courtyard. Was a disturbance at 5am that was so loud that it brought out guests from different rooms. It took a long time to resolve.

Strong smell of mold. My husband and I both got sick because of this. Never direct anyone to that hotel. We had to leave at 6 am because of the unhealthy mold even though our flight did not leave until later. Please reimburse us the cost of this.

The overall stay was very nice and fairy priced. The only issue i had was the breakfast in the mornings. It gets too crowded in a very small room and the food is very cheap and no quality..other than that it was a pleasant place to stay

The outside is refurbished and looks nice and clean. But the inside are still quite aged, with the toilet seat moving side to side when sitting (I’m not heavy 120lb) and the bathroom light bulb is flashing on day 3 of our stay. Carpets looks dirty too… with darker spots of unknown residue

There is a lot what need to be fix. Maybe hotel looks good from outside but inside is falling a part. Carpets are dirty as you know what after shower my kids had dirty foots had some blood marks on my bed. Just letting you know whats going on no offence honnest opinion for that price you can expect much more

We were 3 hrs early so decided to wait 30mins so they could get the room ready. Accepted additional $30 but later found out 3/4 of the hotel was empty and we were put beside the mechanical room. Super loud so we decided to make the best of it and go to the pool. 10 mins in we got kicked out and were all told it will take an hour. We came back and they said it was shut down for the rest of the day. So from 4pm on we basically had nothing to do, complete waste of time and employees couldnt answer any questions as there was no management on site. I emailed the manager Luis and no reply not even a sorry, brutal hotel.
