The Bio Hotel Raphael is wonderful! The staff is courteous and attentive. The location, just off of the Piazza Navona, is perfect. The views of Rome from the roof top restaurant are beautiful and the food is delicious! My room was very comfortable and had all of the amenities I needed for my stay.

Gorgeous boutique hotel with lovely rooms and a charming staff. Very close to Piazza Navona, so walk to everything in the center of Rome. The rooftop bar is small and spectacular. This was my second stay and I liked it just as much as the first time. My go-to in Rome! The Bulgari bath products are a nice bonus!

The staff was so kind and merry.

Amazing experience

As a family of four, we found our stay at this establishment to be quite enjoyable. Upon our arrival, we were surprised to discover that the entire culinary selection was vegetarian. However, we acknowledge that the responsibility for this oversight lies with us, not the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and it was evident that efforts were being made to maintain the traditional Roman theme. Nevertheless, we believe that some degree of modernisation would enhance the overall experience and maybe having some type of bar in the lobby would be cool with a piano player.

Staff was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We felt at home, and were very happy with the property but also with the service. New favorite hotel in Rome :)

The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location for sightseeing in Rome. Everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful. And breakfast was superb. The view from the rooftop bar is priceless.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and I have a mixed reaction. The location is excellent, the staff is outstanding, and the service and facilities are first-rate. But my room was very small, far too small for a couple to share. I had to squeeze between the desk (not usable as a desk) and bed to get to the far side of the room where there was only a small chair stuck in the corner so tight that the wall molding poked me in the back. The lights made a bad buzzing sound that made me not want to use them. The size of the room made it not a good value, considering the cost of the hotel. The exceptionally well appointed bathroom was so small you had to turn sideways to get in it (and I'm not large) and you keep knocking into door handle or sink or tub. But I do want to emphasize how outstanding the staff is, how welcoming and helpful, and how great the location and the amenities. I'd stay there again, but only with a bigger room--and maybe different lights (a weird complaint, perhaps, but the buzzing was really loud and intrusive).

The hotel is beautiful. The bed (a king!) was very comfortable. The shower had excellent pressure. Enjoyed the amenities. The rooftop bar has the most amazing views. Very much appreciated the welcome drink and treat.

Hotel was great. On a couple occasions we had to hassle them to get water delivered to the room. But other than that they provided us great service and recommendations for our needs.

This is a lovely hotel located in a great area for walking to a lot of major attractions like the Pantheon, Vatican etc. All of the staff were brilliant. Possibly the nicest staff ever at a hotel. So friendly and happy. They made it a fantastic trip to the best city in the world. If you can’t have a good time in Rome then you are lost.

We had a wonderful time at Bio hotel Raphael. Very friendly and polite staff. Beautiful and cozy hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms. The rooms were fully equipped with modern and expensive appliances. Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location is good but the hotel is average for the price they charge. For GBP 500 a night I expect something different. The hotel is in need of some refurbishment.

Hotel Bio Raphael is an old school, elegant property. Staff is professional, friendly, so helpful- every dining recommendation was on point. In fact they even told us their favorite dishes to order and those were the Best!!! We love this hotel and will definitely return. Few hotels are like this anymore.
