Felt the property was VERY outdated. Alot of litter on the outside of the building. Bathroom had a very strong pee smell. Bed frames made a very loud noise just sitting on them. Left about 15 mins after check in. Just didnt feel safe or clean there. Picures made it look alot nicer. Also No elevator

The property was very run down. Think the room was actually flooded the night before; it was very musty & moldy smelling. Big unpainted patches in the wall. The lamp shades on both nightstands were shattered. The room seems trashed. The whole property was very rundown. They did move us when we complained, but why would you even offer such a room. The staff was at times rude. In the morning, their breakfast bar did not have weekend hours, so when we showed up at 9:00 he said they were close and threw the remaining food away. The need to remove quality from their name. I almost cancelled my Quality Inn reservation in St. Cloud; however, that was very nice.

They are obviously milking everything they can out of the property. Cleaning and maintenance are at bare minimum. Our room had burned out bulbs, and an exhaust fan that didn’t do anything really. The toilet and surrounding area smelled of urine. There were no towels or soaps. We had to make multiple trips to get those ourselves. The tv didn’t work. We ended up resetting and fixing that ourselves. The whole room smelled damp and dirty. The breakfast has the juices and waffles watered down. Completely tasteless like the coffee. The management/ownership obviously don’t care about making a good impression and caring for their guests. Simply making more profit. No way I’m staying here again.

This property was a disappointment from the beginning. Outside maintenance was poor at best. When you enter the property it’s often difficult to get help right away to check in. Language is an issue, although it’s possible to work through. Upon entering our room it smelled musty, damp, and dirty. In the bathroom there was a distinct smell of urine. There were no soaps or supplies and we needed to request towels as well. The tv didn’t work, and the only explanation was it was rebooting and give it 3-4 hours?! We ended up fixing that ourselves… Breakfast was awful. They’ve watered down the waffle batter, juices, and coffee. All were basically inedible and tasteless. The ownership and management are obviously just milking all the profit out with no regard for guest service or quality. I would recommend avoiding this property.

Smelled like smoke. Rust on bathroom fixtures. Paint pealing off bathroom fan. Toothpaste platers on wall. Back of bathroom door dirty. But the mattress was comfy and sheets clean.

The place was outdated, bathrooms were dirty, sheets had stain and comforter.

property was dirty, room smelled, had to sleep with the window open. shower was gross, toilet paper holder was broken, coffe machine not stocked. I would not stay here again.

Door didn't shut unless you forced it shut.Toilet was broke first time used. King bed didn't fit frame, too small. Super uncomfortable and noisy, squeaked the whole time. Breakfast wasn't stocked- no bread for toast, juices tasted awful, just lacked attention.

The whole hotel was dirty and smelled. The pool was over chlorinated. Staff was very unhelpful. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Ok for the price. Bathroom clean but with stained caulking. Help efficient but customers are merely customers

The breakfast was ok was the only thing about property we liked. A guy named Rick was rude and pissed off at me when i told him how dirty our room was and that the night woke us up in middle of the night thinking we were in the wrong room. He gave someoe our room

I was supposed to have a king bed....and didnt. I could not use my choice privileges number or understand the workers. My bathtub dripped all night and the door to my room did not shut.

We chose to pay for a night we didn’t even stay in room as my kids would not go back into the room. I was hoping it was just a no frills place to sleep but it felt like the hotel was about 15 years behind on maintenance. Room was dingy, chairs and floor stained, felt gross.

Did not have blackout curtains in room letting all the light in the room from the parking lot light.

Mold in shower on wall, not well kept property, half used lotion in bathroom, room smelled bad, reused key envelopes. Property is really run down. Staff was nice and bed was comfortable.

Old food left on a broken and dirty phone, curtains broken and not working, large yellow stain on duvet, tub drain clogged, walls behind toilet filthy, light bases sticky, mold in bath tub walls....and smelling terrible. Needless to say we left and booked another place

Mornin staff was very rude

Office chair was ripped up, it was really dusty, alarm clock would not touch it was gross. The bathroom tub was really gross, ants on the floor and the doors on tv stand would not shut and the bottom was all broken up The one chair in the room, a leather cushion seat was added, did not match and it was ripped.

There was the employees kid behind the counter climbing all over the desk while I was trying to check in. The place had various bad smells throughout and the floors not very clean.

quick and easy access to everything. close to hospital where I worked over the weekend

Hotel was clean, but old and unrepaired. There were broken lamp shades and worn fabric on chairs in room. Bathroom doorframe was rusted so that it was difficult to close door properly. Good price, but probably would not choose this location again.

Room was changed twice due to renovations, but staff was very polite and helpful.

no elevator. only stairs. blanket on bed had a burn hole in it. Tiles in bathroom had no grout. Breakfast ran out of milk for cereal.

No frills hotel, so not expecting much, but the smell of marijuana coming from the room nearest the lobby was ridiculous

Close to everthing

No TV entire stay. Hotel could use some repairs. Room was clean and breakfast was typical of an included breakfast.

Our toilet ran all the time, we had to close the door when in the room. Bathroom looked to have black mold trying to start, right above the shower head. clean wherever the vacuum could reach,

The room was not what I thought Quality Inn stood for. The furniture was below thrift-store caliber. The bathtub had been painted over where mold had been. Holes in the drapes. Paper coming off the ceiling. Toilet seats almost off. Pillows were like stuffed balls inside them. We would have left but graduation in the city meant no rooms available.
