Excellent service all round and great location. We were even provided with ponchos during the recent cyclone conditions!

This is the most amazing location for visiting the sites in Vienna. It is directly on a historic square within easy walking distance of every major historical site. The hotel arranged for a car to pick me up at the airport and as it’s in a largely pedestrian area, I was grateful to not have a car. The staff was friendly and helpful with every need. I visited in September and the only fault is that they had turned off the air conditioning but it wasn’t disclosed. While trying to get the a/c going I only accomplished turning on heat, making an already stuffy room more uncomfortable. A small partial window opens to let in fresh air but the downside is voices from the street below. The lack of a/c is a minor inconvenience and I would absolutely com back to this location if traveling to Vienna again.

This hotel location is perfect, close to transportation s, shopping and grocery store. It is easy to go all attractios. It is a very good place to choose for visiting Vienna.

The front desk agent checked in us she was very friendly and helpful. She helped me with all my questions to get around the city and tried to help me to book my day trips. She was excellent! Sorry I didn’t ask her name.

The word “luxury” is the description and the 4 stars does not make any sense!!! Nothing at the hotel is anything near 4 stars or luxury… old and warned out.. the bed lining was so itching I had to put some clothes over the pillow in order to sleep. Also, it says aircon int he rooms, but the aircon machines are so old that setting them on 17 or 24 degrees, equals the same - which is no cold air, just a lot of noise from the machine.. Luckily and surprisingly (!) the rooms did not heat up too much, despite being 30-34 degrees outside.. - it was warm but you could still sleep somewhat ok. Reason for the two stars are the staff (most of them super sweet and helpful) and for the location (which is great). But definitely not staying there again.

Favourite hotel in Europe so far

The location was great, but the hotel not so much the carpets in the room looked dirty. The sink drainer was missing and was only fixed the night before we left. The rooms need to be updated it was not very clean.

The location is PERFECT! Air conditioned and spacious rooms. Not the most fancy interior, but more than good enough for our stay. Very quiet, despite being in the old city centre. Cafes, restaurants and magnificent buildings on every corner. I highly recommend this hotel.

Really loved this hotel. Super comfortable beds, quiet. Centrally located in the heart of Vienna. Only complaint was the hotel had poor quality soap for its guest's and no shampoo.

This hotel is situated in a beautiful quiet plaza that is almost completely pedestrianized. Only five minutes walk along a busy shopping street to the Cathedral and Underground. Very friendly staff at reception and the bar! We didn't chose the rather pricey breakfast and walked across the plaza to Bol which serves a great coffee and a special porridge! Our room had good air con but three steps between the bathroom and sleeping area which needed a light on our first night!

The location of this property was amazing. Literally in the center of Vienna, you are less than 5 minute walk from St Stephen's Cathedral and the subway system. Nearby streets have all the shopping and dining options, as well as delicious pastry shops. We stayed for one week and it was fantastic. Highly recommend this property located in a central location.

My wife had a miscarriage and we were told my the doctor she could not travel as she required treatment. We asked Austria Trend Hotel to cancel our reservation thee weeks in advance and we're denied because their policy is no refunds. While I understand the policy, you would think the hotel would have compassion for something like this when my wife is in the hospital. The other hotels we booked with for our trip understood and provided a refund. Austria Trend was heartless. Don't book with this hotel if you expect them to come your aid in an emergency.

Great location, large rooms, responsive & courteous staff, and great breakfast. On amneties, it would be good to have large smart televisions in the rooms.

For touring arrounf Vienna its very accessible. Not wheelchair accessible, luckily we dont need them yet.
