Awful experience at the Holiday Inn In Ramsey. I’m checking in. I’m giving a hotel key and the door wouldn’t open to the room so I go back to the front desk two times to let them know that the room won’t open they send someone upstairs who also can’t get the door open. They move me into a new room. The room is very loud with highway noise and I can hear every door that opens and closes, the toilet over with my feces running over the bathroom while I was getting dressed in the morning then all of my food that I have been traveling with froze in the refrigerator. The gentleman in the front desk said there was no management available that they would call me later , I’m not sure how that would help my situation now going to a meeting very tired and upset

Basic lodging which was clean. Rooms small. Breakfast good in terms of variety and number of choices.

We just needed a stay for one night. The hotel was clean and check in and out was a breeze.

Nice and clean but had an old odor.

Property and rooms were clean and staff friendly. Comfortable beds and pillows. Air vents and cooling unit was clean so didn’t wake up with the usual hotel stuffiness. AC worked great. My only (minor) complaint is that the walls are definitely thin. I could hear people coughing and their conversations through the walls and when transitioning through the hallways it sounded louder than I’ve experienced during other stays.

Rooms were small. Our room was outside the ice machine, noisy and the room smelled musty.

I checked in late at night and the staff was very accommodating when I called.

Right next to a Wawa incase you need anything, you won’t need to drive. Just walk over. Cleanest hotel in Ramsey. If you’re staying overnight in the area check out this hotel first.

This lodging is hard to access from route 17 unless you have been there before. The room is basic. Bathroom very clean. Highlight: I left an article in the room. Called later and requested it be located and shipped to my home. The person who I spoke to promptly and efficiently managed my requests.

Our stay was very nice … room was clean, staff was very attentive and kind. Wish there had been a pool. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Surrounding traffic was rough,but that’s just the nature of the area. Would stay again!

Check in was super fast and easy. Staff was excellent. Free bottles of water at check in. This was the second time staying at the property. Will stay again for sure.
