Location was fantastic. Facilities were clean. Indoor pool was small but well kept. Staff were friendly.

The first night there were teenagers up yelling and screaming until 4:30 am. The heat and air in the room never worked properly. 2 visits to the front desk. They offered to change rooms if it didn’t work. We opted not to move and opened the window to cool off the room.

The room is clean, the AC unit is good and cool during the extreme hot day. Staffs are nice. Environment is quite.

Some part of the studio is a little too dark. Some more white light will be better. The desk lamp is not lifting up. Ends up I cannot use the desk for work due to the lighting issue.

The second night, they provided the room that I paid for

Broken shower, broken AC and broken phone after check-in.

OK. Like the 24 hour coffee and it was good not bold and strong.

Sofa bed was unacceptable. Not the size of a double bed and sell to accomodate 2 people (approx. 48 inches large). Plus, the comfort was not good (springs could be felt).

Breakfast was well below expectations. Couldn’t drink the coffee. Eggs and sausage were yucky. Best to not serve any at all.

We stop twice each year as Snowbirds! Always wonderful. Convenient. We love the Mason Jar restaurant next door. Opportunity for a nice walk through the adjoining neighborhood. Great breakfast and quickly on our way!!

Nothing. It meets our needs for our one-night stays.

Checkin was smooth. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Facilities were clean and my room was great.

It had a bed.

The main reason for booking this hotel was the pool. Low and behold, it was closed "for maintenance" Go to start the morning with a hot cup of coffee. Guess what?? That's right, there is no regular coffee! I will never stay there again, I'm even questioning staying at any in this chain.

The property is nice and clean. Had everything we needed for our stay. The room was clean at all times, the bed was comfortable to sleep in. It was close to the main event we attended. The area is quite which we like.

Overall we liked the hotel, but when your neighbors leaves their rooms you to need to practically also wake up. The doors closes too loud, not so good isolation. One morning we woke up early due this loud noise of the doors.

The breakfast had hot food including scrambled eggs and waffles along with other continental items. The eating area was clean and had plenty of hot coffee and other drinks. I would highly recommend it.

T.V. was larger than expected. Breakfast was very good. Location was ideal. 😄

Didn't know our room would not have a small refrigerator and microwave. This made left overs from eating out difficult.😐

The location was tops, close to the Major Highway but very quiet location! And the Breakfast was great with lots Of choices!
