The pool was 👍. Nice size pool to enjoy outside with your family.

The breakfast was not good . Enjoy the bagels. Property needs renovation. The room charge could be a better price. Had to call house keeping twice..

The apartment was nice and we had a nice breakfast.

We arrived at 4:30 and our room wasn’t ready even though check in was supposed to be at 4:00. We had to be somewhere soon,so we had to change in the car and couldn’t check in until we got back around 11:00.

Worst experience! I was there for the night of my wedding and we got ready for our wedding there. We requested a late check out. We were told to check out by 1pm. We were late 15 mins cleaning out the rooms and making sure we didn’t leave a mess behind or forget anything in the craziness of a WEDDING DAY! We were never refunded the deposit money because we checked out “late” when i reached out to the facility. They said thank you for your feedback!! It was not a feedback. We want our deposit back. Also not to mention the amount of times we were harrassed by a supervisor to clear the room even though the front desk staff agreed to the late check out. We had trouble checking in because one person said my maid of honor can check in for me as i was far and the rest of my bridal party arrived before me. When they got there they wouldn’t let them in!! Communication among staff is non-existent!! Very unprofessional.

Room was damp and smelled. The HVAC vent in the bedroom had dark particles around it and on the ceiling. We woke up with sore throats and checked out a day early. The hotel did not refund even a portion of the second day. Said it was their new policy.

Highway Road Noise made it difficult sleep

Their were bugs in the kitchen and bathroom. They did not offer to discount our stay.

Everything but the parking. After visiting family and returning around 10PM I had trouble finding parking close to my room. I had to park in other sections of the facility.

I had mentioned too the representative from Booking.Com I had gift cards from the Marriott. When I checked in the representative told me could not use them because I didn't book my room directly with the Marriott. Next time I will not use Booking.com.

11/21- hated the fact -bagged breakfast was ONLY between 6am-8am ! whereas everyone other establishment serves breakfast til 11am! we stayed for two nights we received one small muffin, yogurt mini size, thin granola bar, green orange, water! coffee was ONLY available until 11am ! room had no creamer room had no body lotion room is not changed everyday
