Very nice , friendly staff , good food. All around very nice!

its oK. close to the airport makes it convenient. a little old, rooms are clean, shower is ok. food is good, drinks are just ok. not to many options for beer and hours are restricted at the bar.

Great hotel with airport-transportation. If your at the airport and looking for their office to request transportation their office is very small and a little hard to find. Its by the door/puerta 4 that leads outside. The office is inside by that door next to starbucks. Great stay we booked again in December.

I paid in advance for a premium king size room. Confirmed with hotel a day in advance my room would be ready and available after midnight due to late arrival . Was reassured everything was fine. Upon arrival Was told double booked and had issue finding me a room. Finally gave me a double room. Not what i paid for.

Old place, needs a refreshment, it’s better tons pay a bit mote and stay in other place. Horrible shuttle service, not reliable

Excellent hotel, very clean and comfortable with great amenities, and so convenient for airport. We booked this just needing a place to stay for an early flight the next morning but were very impressed with how nice it was, it exceeded all our expectations. Great amenities like fresh coffee and cookies on the floor by elevator, refrigerator in room, bar in lobby with reasonable prices. Pool was nice but way too cold. The neighborhood is also cool, lots of great options for eating.

Everything was fine with this location

The transport to the hotel came late and there where no enough space for everyone and the driver chose to take all pilots and make us wait for another 10 to 15 minutes for the other one even I was with my kid flying from Vancouver we where so exhausted after all that we check in and the receptionist did not give clear information about the property and instead of letting me know che out time they she ask what time I was leaving afther no info about restaurant or pool the bellman hel some one else to their room even they had to small back pack and let me waiting for belt when I had 3 big luggage so I had to take it my self when I got to the room the key did not work so had to come back to the lobby so I got another one and they send a person to help me in in case the key won’t work again, and so it happened the key did not work so we when in the next morning I call for help with the luggage they said some one is coming right up I wait for 10 minutes no body showed up so I had to carry my big luggage again I will not stay with them again

This absolutely was not worth $136/night. There was no hot water. The bathroom smelled. The furniture was dirty. Dont stay here.

It's amazing stuff and professionals hospitality my first travel to Mexico and i find the hotel It's amazing everything it's great i whant to make a special comment for the lady in the reception i don't know her name she's working morning shift the day i check in 21 July she's very kind and helpful and i found the room very cold she's sends me a heater really she's a great employer.
