It’s a nice place to stay.

The air conditioner was not working in our room during our stay. It was very stuffy, when bringing this problem to the staff they thanked me for telling them but offered no compensation for the inconvenience.

The hotel is fine. Staff is very good. Property is way overpriced because of a popular Car Show in Deadwood. We paid $200 for a $125 room.

Just what I was looking for as a last minute decision

loved the inside and outside access on the ground floor for us on bikes. would stay here again just for that fact

On a road trip from Ohio to Seattle we tried to splurge for a comfortable room as respite from the long hot drive. The experience was purely awful and we got out of this hotel as quickly as we could. The pet friendly room smelled absolutely terrible- somehow other hotels figure out how to prevent this so I know it is possible. Additionally, when we turned on the faucet to the bathtub, some kind of gravel/cat litter type substance poured out with the water, and the tub wouldn’t drain. The staff was kind and offered to move us. We were settled and it was late, so we opted to shower in a different room instead. However, it just didn’t feel clean or relaxing in the room after that incident and we did not get anything close to the experience we hoped. We opened a dispute through Expedia to initiate a discount or refund, and notified the front desk. Everyone was attentive to our concern, but it now 4 days later with no real communication or resolution, so I am sharing this review.

I travel with two service dogs. I was given a questionnaire about the dogs and why I need them. Why I have service dogs nobody’s business.

This was the perfect place for my one night stay. It’s nothing fancy, but that isn’t why I was was staying here. Clean, comfortable, and close enough to the main roads. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was not worth what we paid for it. It’s an older hotel. It badly needs updated and a thorough cleaning. The bathtub had hair in it, the room was dingy and not well kempt. The hallways were gross from years of the same old carpet. The beds were very uncomfortable and not worth the $200/night. The A/C hummed all night from years of abuse. Do yourself a favor and drive into another town to avoid if you can.

Got the price the hotel is a very good option for a short stay. Breakfast options are minimal but the overall room was quite large and comfortable. The fan on the AC did make a lot of loud noises but we slept through it for the most part.

Got to the hotel late and the lady who checked me in was not the nicest. I requested a room on the bottom floor with a door because of the excessive stuff we had to carry in, and my son injured his foot the night before our trip with a bad sprain. She asked if I had a pet with me, and I responded with no. I was then told that the bottom floors were all booked up. The worst part of it all was there were no elevators at all! Additionally, our air only worked half the time. We had to keep unplugging and plugging it in.
