This hotel offers a fantastic stay with a spacious, comfortable room and a large bed. The location is excellent, right by local transport, the beautiful Antwerp Central Station, and within easy reach of shops and restaurants. The reception area is also a nice touch, with cozy seating for relaxing or chatting, and even a balcony for enjoying a coffee.
The only drawback is the bathroom setup. There’s no towel rail, which makes it tricky when reusing towels, as the hotel doesn’t provide daily cleaning (a policy I support for environmental reasons). Without a fan, moisture builds up quickly, leaving towels damp. Additionally, there’s no full-length mirror, which can make getting ready a bit inconvenient.
Overall, I would still highly recommend this hotel. It’s great value for money, check-in was quick and easy (even letting us in before check in time as the room was already ready), and the room itself was spacious, well-decorated, and equipped with a convenient mini kitchen. Just a few improvements (a towel rail, fan, and full-length mirror) would make the experience even better!

This is an apartment type hotel with a sofa area and a kitchenette, which was very nice change from having to eat out every single meal. They also have delicious coffee and breakfast.
We will definitely search out this hotel. Did I mention they have a washer/dryer on every floor.

The kitchen has not been cleaned so we had to clean plates by ourselves. Some foods were remained in the refrigerator.
The sofa bed has not been prepared even I told we need that. The staff did not help to prepare duvet for us showed hassle.

This hotel should not be VIP access it more like a 3 star. The washing and dryer facilities could be better. The rooms are ok but not great. The gym is very small, under equiped and badly located at the entrance. And the washroom does not have a curtain or glass to stop from water splashing everywhere. However great staff and great location.

Easy check in, good space with comfy bed, handy snack bar in reception. Breakfast not so good, but it wasn’t included in our package anyway so we just went elsewhere for breakfast.

I stayed for three nights, but my room was not cleaned even when I asked. The staff is good and friendly, but they never smile.

There was a horrible smell in the bathroom, coming from the sewage/ the pipes.
I continued even after reporting it to the front desk.
Supposedly someone was sent, wile i wasn't there, if then it didnt work.

The suite was comfortable and spacious with a rooftop balcony. Very well situated. Good value. A complimentary drink was nice. We would stay there again.
We stayed for 10 days but our room wasn´t cleaned until day 8. We were told beforehand that they would not clean every day and that we should just ask if we needed clean towels etc. which was fine by us and they provided everything when asked. Maybe we were supposed to ask them to clean?
The music during breakfast all of the 10 mornings was very loud and the kind of music that I would choose for the gym. Easy listening would have been appreciated.

I had one of the penthouse rooms which was super with the roof deck access. The room was great, roomy and convenient with the mini kitchen so if I didn't want to have breakfast with the hotel I could either make some coffee before going out or make it right there in the room. The area around the train station is not the greatest after dark but it sure is convenient for travel and easy access to the shopping district and the cathedral. We will be staying there again.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was really good. Room was quite spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped.
The bathroom could use a bit of a touch up to give a bit more of a cleaner appearance. The sink had a hard time draining the water, so we reported it to the administration. And also the hallways smelled a bit funny.
The hotel was in renovation process (entrance and lobby), but that hardly take much comfort away from the stay, so overall, a nice hotel choice were to stay close to the city's center.

The front desk staff were rude. I had called in the day before to ask if we could drop our bags off early and if in our 2 rooms the sofa beds could be made up. Instantly when we arrived the Front Desk stafd began to wave his hands- we are full and busy and cant check in. I replied: sir we are here to drop our bags off and i had confirmed it was ok. He then agreed.
Only one sofa bed was made up. I called down and asked for bedding for the 2nd room. Was told no. We had one duvet that was heavily stained..I asked for a new duvet. Duvet never came.
There was no vegetarian breakfast options either. No fruit available. Basically yogurt, bread and eggs.
Overall the location is great and close to the train station and the rooftop patio was beautiful. The smoke coming into the front desk was unpleasant. Maybe the patio should be non smoking so it can be enjoyed by everyone.

The best most comfortable hotel in the heart of Antwerp!! Amazing staff with amazing views, fantastic location, quiet, very clean, with a nice kitchenette in every bedroom.
A great lounge with 24 h free tea, coffee and cakes.

Hotel was average. Staff efficient and friendly. Room needed an overhaul as looking very tired. Cleanliness was below average (don’t look under the bed!). Good location and therefore convenient.

My son and I really enjoyed living in this hotel. The room was very spacious, with a full kitchen and all the cookware you would need. There is a separate living quarter with a couch. The bathroom is huge. They also provide a shared laundry room to wash your clothes. The only con I can think of is that they do not allow you to check in until after 3pm.

Wonderful property just a few minutes walk from Antwerp Central station. Great shopping and food options within a few minutes walk. Room had a mini kitchen and that made things even better. Laundry room was free and so was the soap to wash your clothes. Staff were professional and courteous

A great stay - had a family room which was well equipped with a really comfortable bed. Good location - very close to train station and not too far to the Old Town. Friendly staff, pleasant reception area with coffee machine and pool table.

I wouldn’t consider staying here again, the beds are terrible, the rooms are so noisy, you can hear so clearly the voices of other people from other rooms, above, next to, and below. The staff was not friendly.
In general I could say management is greedy on quality and little details, i.e if you want extra coffee pods they are charged 1euro, even though I stayed for 6 nights. It's clean, not spotless, there is laundry, close by the train station.

Front desk staff acts like they are doing you a favor and you work for them and not the other way around. Most black receptionists are very snobby and rude.
God forbid you meet Gabrielle - black, racist and homophobic person - who hangs up on you, openly humiliates and makes fun. Hope the management fires her but again, since she is black she will continue to assault guests and get away with it. Hopefully the corporate reads this so they can get rid of her.
The only positive thing is the Manager Gille and the location.

Nice place to stay, it’s comfy and has a good feel of a fancy hotel even though the pricing is not to expensive. Only thing that could improve is that it’s kind of noisy hearing other rooms around you walking and stuff like that. Could be fixed with the simple offering of earplugs for sleeping unfortunately this wasn’t possible at the reception.

My stay was amazing, comfortable and exactly as i expected in the room.
One thing to polish on, not every visitor is as tall as they expect because facilities in the kitchen area were on very top shelves. A steppie or a stool in the room would be a preference.
