$34 for parking on a non-event night? My mother got lost at night on the street among homeless people trying to find you from your parking structure. The roll in shower was either clogged or couldn’t find a drain for the water to exit. Worst stay at a Hyatt ever.

Stay was not satisfactory & it is doubtful we ever stay again in a Hyatt property. Upon check in late afternoon we were partially informed there would be no water in the hotel from 11pm to 5am. No explanation was given, no courtesy bottled water was made available & no reduction in room rate or offer to move us to a close by alternate Hyatt property. There truly was no water, no working toilets etc during this entire time. We were concerned about fire danger as well. The breakfast offer at $25 p/head was very poor, totally disorganized with no real buffet that was convenient or offered any servers. You just picked some packaged items off some shelves & tried to find paper plates, utensils that were scattered about a large open area. We won’t be staying at any other Hyatt properties after this disaster of a stay. Clearly paying guests don’t warrant consideration at Hyatt!

Destiny at the front desk made check out better than check in as she was very personable and recognized it was my birthday.

Great location, a bit of construction so made walking trips a little longer. Rooms seemed a little out dated, but bar lobby, and patio were nice.

Convenient and clean!

The Hyatt Regency was a gorgeous property in a GREAT location in downtown Phoenix. We walked to the hotel from Chase Field after attending a concert. In the walk along the way there were a plethora of bars and restaurants. Not a ton of homeless on the vicinity either. The valet parking was $10 more than the parking garage but worth it IMO. The valet guys were quick and efficient. My only complaint is we checked in at 3:15pm (instead of 4) and they only had “certain rooms available” at that time. We had no choice as we had to get to our event so our only option was to “upgrade to a balcony room” for $10 more. Ok that sounds nice, great city views….fine we will do it! Omg not worth it AT ALL I will attach a picture of our “view” from the balcony. We were on the 7th floor. Maybe balcony on the 15th floor and above would have been worth it. Otherwise the room was gorgeous and very clean. And the body wash smelled like heaven!

Stayed here one night to go to a concert at the foot print center and it was so convenient! Walking distance to the arena. Very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Definitely will stay here again.
