It was unfortunately too short. We arrived late after a family wedding and had an early morning flight beck home.

Absolutely horrible hotel. Elevator broken. Not even a complementary breakfast. Door would not lock. Just take a look at the picture of the door knob. What a joke!!

Excellent service, elevators are very, very, very slow. Employees said they are slated for replacement sometime in the future

When we arrives the hotel attendant Desmond was looking down at his phone and not paying attention. He was not very friendly when he did greet us. He just gave us the room keys and did not give any information about the hotel ie amenities or elevator. We ended up getting stuck in the elevator. Our room was also not securely shut when we finally got there. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We will not be returning to this establishment

We were greeted with broken elevators, and had to use 1 working elevator elf or everyone. Our shower didn’t drain, the curtains didn’t close , and Our room had literal cracks in the walls and ceiling. The front desk staff was great, and the restaurant had great service and food.

The service at the checkin was terrible. The elevators were not working. I was disappointed.

The elevator kept making noise, the room was in front of the elevator, I couldn't sleep all night. I think they should take out the noise

Elevators caused huge headaches. My husband was trapped inside one, alone, for far too long before maintenance arrived. We were trapped the next day with 3 other people. Front desk staff was sparse.

The hotel remodel is excellent and clean EXCEPT the heater in the room. It was 64 degrees, and after 10 hours, we were only ever able to get it up to 68 degrees F.

Clean hotel room with fridge and microwave. Appreciate the shuttle to and from the airport. Our shuttle driver was super friendly. Restaurant on site had good food. Service was slow, however, we realize they were short on servers. Only negative were the elevators. They seemed old and had signs indicating only 4 passengers at a time could be on one elevator.

I booked a room for 4 people (2 queen beds) but they gave us a king room. My kids had to sleep on the floor. They said we could switch at 12am but that’s crazy. Also, when we went to the first room they assigned us there wasn’t any blankets. The front desk was fine but it seemed liked they were overbooked and couldn’t keep us with the demands because of the concert.

Stayed here for the Eras tour. Waited in line for an hour to check in. The hotel said they ran out of pillow cases and would get them to the rooms later. Got back after midnight and our room still didn’t have any pillowcases. Went down and asked the front desk and was told “I’ll have to go to the basement and try to find some but I can’t right now because there’s a line. I’ll bring them up to your room later.” This was at 1:30am and I wanted to go to sleep so I used one of my shirts as a pillowcase. They never brought us any. The elevators also didn’t work very well and felt unsafe.

I travel a ton and don't typically stay at Wyndhams. I stayed on the reputation of the names but can't believe Wyndham puts their name on this hotel. The room and carpet have not been updated in decades. The lighting was that dim yellow light and the room was so dark. The water trickled out of the sink which made it barely usable. The pillows were squares and the filling was old that you could feel the pieces in side. The lamp was old and the outlet to our cord wouldn t stay in so we had to place our phones across the room to the one outlet. Our room read 72 degrees and we kept setting it down to 66 yet the room would not cool off. We tried calling to front desk but the phone didn't work either! They never sent someone when asked. Of the three elevators, only 1 worked and there were signs that said no more than 4 people. That is because they were so rickety. I could go on and on. Again, I am actually SHOCKED that this was a Wyndham as it felt like an old hotel you find at the side of a highway. So disappointed.

I loved the free shuttle to and from the airport. We did get food from the hotel restaurant and it was fine. The organization of check in was a bit crazy. Our room was mostly fine besides the dust caked into the air vents, that was concerning.

Shannon at the front desk was awesome. Room was ready early & clean. They kindly brought extra towels up. Great stay!!!

The FFA was in town. The kids in room 447 were partying late and ran across the hall multiple times to bang on my door. Unfortunately, nothing was done but the staff was sympathetic the next day and said they’d take care of the room. It was clean and good for a night before a flight.

The was in and out. All of the elevators were down for the majority of the trip. The service and customer service folks were great though

The location is convenient to the airport. The shuttle was great. We were in town to visit our son at Butler University for family weekend. The commute was not bad.

Signs around the property alerting guests of elevated number of car break-ins and the the hotel was not responsible was kind of alarming.

It was a hotel by the airport, so we didn’t expect much- especially with how little we paid. But honestly, it was a pretty great hotel. Wonderfullly friendly staff, great renovations, access to drinks/snacks/coffee, and THE MOST comfortable mattress I’ve stayed on in a hotel is years. Will definitely choose this place again. Area around the hotel was typical airport iffy. And the old furniture from the previous renovation was stacked outside the window. But overall, you couldn’t beat it for the price paid and the sleep we got on that mattress.

The elevator had a mechanical issue where it stopped between floors and I was trapped for some time. I called the front desk and she was VERY rude about it. I ended up prying the elevator doors open myself and the elevator was stuck between floors and I was able to crawl out on my own. I later spoke with two other guests that had the same expo with that elevator. Why was this not properly repaired? I had a panic attack being stuck in an elevator!!!

It was a great stay. Ell, the bus driver to the airport, was fantastic. A great guy who made it a great start to the day.

Amanda at registration is fabulous! I appreciate her friendly personality. We stayed last weekend and decided to stay again because she was highly proficient at processing our check in! Both times she she helped us, she was prepared and completely on point. I want to acknowledge Amanda for her excellence! Thank you, so much! Minutes matter and she saved us time!

This hotel honestly looked like it had recently come under fire in battle. Literally, the elevators have damage within them that appeared to be bullet holes. The rooms were ok, but fixtures all had broken and worn elements. Doors to the pool didn’t work on one side but looked as though someone had tried to kick the lock in. My family dined at the restaurant and had a terrible experience with hospitality and food quality. I don’t understand how this place has a decent ranking on this site.
