There was no hot water for one day. Very inconveniencing for all my employees who are working so hard pumping concrete all day.

It was a comfortable bed. Noise from outside was a little disruptive. The building shows some age but was clean overall. Very friendly service from everyone I met.

We stayed in a loft style room, complete with bedroom upstairs and a living room/bathroom downstairs. Loved it! Perfect for a couple or a family with one or two children (couch had a pullout double bed.. which was extremely comfortable by the way!)
Lots of different pillows to choose from. Firm, soft, etc. King size bed was also comfy.
Internet was easy to connect to, televisions were simple to use. Room was clean. Loved that their toiletries are Dove brand.
In-house restaurants on the property made food choices simple. No continental breakfast, but that's typical. We left a note on our door to housekeeping, asking for more coffee, and they delivered :)
Swam in their pool and used the hottub. Basic and great. Only complaint was that it was complicated to find - hotel needs more signage! Would definitely come back.

Rooms were very clean and well kept. Loooong wait to check in. Only 2 clerks, one on phone the whole time and crazy fussy people taking up time in front of me. Stood for over half an hour in line waiting to get checked in for our rooms.
Facilities were beautiful and close to lots of amenities and easy to find.

Location convenient to shop at mall & for appointment in Pandosy area. Wish they included breakfast with the room price.

The management is doing a superb job of managing this property - a lot of wisdom and foresight. We were there 5 days and looks like the place is run like a well oiled machine. The staff/service were super friendly and helpful. Everything was excellent as it should be. :-)

Ramada was the place to stay on when you want overnight. Nice room, very pleasant surroundings. Would love to go back when in town.

Poor service. Old building with age old facilities. No microwave on request in room as they have only 2 available for the entire hotel.Even if you book one month ahead, not gonna get it. AC with no temperature control and that doesn’t work properly. Poor supply of toiletries. No shower cap. Only 2 sachet of sugar for a room of 3 adults and 1 kid. Felt like someone should take the manager to a star hotel to show him what all service they do provide.

The cleaning staff were very spiratic. They didn’t make one bed one day and then they left there rag on my makeup bag and didn’t straighten out the towels or clean the toilet another day.

The bed was terrible to sleep on we left with lots of back pain and didn’t sleep well once. The walls are very thin so lots of noise from other people. Could hear other people showering in other rooms.

Excellent hotel and service. My expensive bike was stolen off my locked bike rack on the first night. Car was parked in front of hotel lobby. Front door of hotel was locked between 1-5 am. Staff dealt with this very well. They reported incident to police and started a file case number for me. Don’t expect it to turn up as I found out bike theft is terrible in Kelowna. Take ur bike to ur room or the locked room near check in desk. This incident was very upsetting but still enjoyed the hotel and time in Kelowna with family and friends.

Older property but reasonably well maintained and clean. Some amenities were poor, the exercise room was pretty disappointing. Very polite and helpful staff.

We very much liked our room. The service and food was exceptional. Most definitely would recommend the hotel and we would stay there again!
