Location was good as we went to Sawgrass Outlet.
The hotel is very dirty, from the entrance, hallways, and elevator to the room. My daughter found hair in the bathroom shower and on the bed.
There is only one elevator, and it broke down. We were on the 3rd floor.
The breakfast was very simple, with only cold egg omelets available. There were only bread, cold omelets, and cereal.
At night, there was a room with loud music playing until 11 PM, and it wouldn’t stop.

The beds were small the bedsheets were not clean and super thin the hallway smell horrible the hotel was not clean property the breakfast was disgusting.

The outside of the hotel was unkept. Lots of trash. The entrance was very nice as well as the lobby. The elevator has seen better days as well as the hallway to our room. Here are some pictures of our room. I can’t say that all the rooms looked like this but I will not be returning.

The hotel needs immediate remodeling and having someone do a cleaning inspection was a very bad experience, the bathroom curtains with mold and hair and the mirror broken.

The Hotel is getting a little long in the tooth and needs an extensive overhaul. The morning breakfast was not well stocked and the hotel clerk appeared over whelmed doing his desk job and stocking up the breakfast. Only one hot item was offered

My initial check in I was put in a room 221 and it was a pet friendly room and I had no pets. The room smelled like strong urine that I couldn’t even go in all the way. The Indian man at the front desk wasn’t friendly and did not provide good customer service but put me in a better room. I was there for one week which was a nightmare. I asked for my room to be cleaned 3 days later and the top cover was dirty. I asked to change and the 2nd one had stains….Breakfast awful

The room has mold in the ceiling, paints on the wall were falling apart, the elevator was very old, the manager was not very friendly, parking lot with litter, cleaning is not the strong. If you stay a day on cheap, that ok, but nothing more than that

Service not existant, this building hasn't been maintained in years our door had been kicked in previous to our stay, the toilet paper holder off the wall, bath tub was chipped off, dirty ceiling and lights flickered. Air conditioning worked, comfy beds.

Complete DUMP. So gross. Everything even the lamp shade had a stain. Elevator broke for two days. My mom injured her leg and had to climb to fourth floor. Should not he an option on hotels.com. Used to trust that this site hosted reputable hotels but obviously not. At the very least they NEED to update the room photos because looks nothing like what is pictured on this site.

Resort facilities were in complete disarray. Entry to resort had a mildew smell. Front desk person hardly said two words to us upon check in. Elevator was not working. First room had massive amounts of mold on the ceiling (picture attached). Asked to be moved and the next room had less mold but still quite a bit. Same front desk person said that if we touched/used anything in the first word we would be charged for both rooms…great service. Would not recommend this to anyone under any circumstances.

We had changed rooms do to the bad smell Then the next room we had the shower was dirty the had dirty stains all over the carpet we went to the store to buy disinfectant spray & wipes amd air fresheners. Outside they don’t cut the grass everything is overgrown, pool area was dirty ants all over. First and last time for me to stay here.

The bedsheets were dirty instead of changing us to a different room we had to wait for someone to come and clean our bed.
My husband and I are both disabled. We were given a room on the top floor even though we requested a room on the first floor. Their elevator broke down and the clerk expected us to go up and down the stairs. We told the clerk that that was not possible and waited for them to fix the elevator. Unfortunately another Guest and her son were clearly having trouble Walking had to climb the stairs back to their room on the top floor.

I stayed at this hotel 10 years ago and recently returned due to the excellent location. It remains in a quiet, central spot, just minutes away from Sawgrass Mall, making it very convenient for shopping and dining.
However, I was disappointed to see the property not been well-maintained over the years. The building feels run-down, with visible signs of wear and tear throughout the premises, including dated furnishings and general dilapidation.
Staff were very nice. With some attention to maintenance and modern updates, this hotel could easily become a top choice again.

AC in the hallway was set at 80 degrees. Room felt like 80 degrees all night with the thermostat turned all the way down to 60 with the fan on constant. Terrible service at the front desk.
