Unique property, excellent service and convenient location that is away from the tourist area.

Great hotel. Very quiet area. Close to everything (15-20 minutes walk).

Our stay was perfect, other than our dinner in their restaurant, Le Jardin. A little fixing needed there, but the hotel is beautiful and a short walk to the attractions.

Great hotel spoiled by valet parking service. Make sure you take photos before they park it and give it a thorough check on handover or you will be as sorry as I was. Hotel did not really seem to care either, simply shrugged the shoulders.

Beautiful hotel. The food was excellent and staff was friendly and helpful. About a 15 minute walk to anything but thats why it was so quiet.

Hospitality and service from staff was beyond expectations. They made me feel very comfortable and well welcomed during the stay. Staff were very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional .

We stayed in the premium suite with a separate living room. When we arrived the AC in the bedroom wasn’t working. The hotel couldn’t fix the issue until Monday so the first night we slept with no AC in the bedroom. Keep in mind that it’s 95 degrees outside this week in Florence. AC was fixed Monday afternoon. We asked the hotel to credit us for the night. The manager was only willing to credit 150.00 euros towards dinner in the hotel restaurant. Totally un-acceptable.

The property was high end, luxurious and the service was great.

Overall, a good experience. Just did not like the idea of climbing all those steps to get to our room after a long day of sightseeing.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful in all respects. The facility is charming, classy and beautifully decorated. The restaurant has delicious selections of food and drink and the staff were extremely accommodating of particular food requirements of my wife and two adolescent children. The breakfast is lovely and the garden is peaceful and full of lemon trees. The location is in a relatively quiet and upscale part of Florence. Our family enjoyed the open space of the Parco giochi D'Azeglio immediately across the street. The concierge staff was extremely helpful in arranging a variety of activities for our family (beginning even prior to the start of our stay). We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Expedia Gold, is meanless to them, got a room where extreme noise room above until 2:00 AM, recurrent for 2 nights. Staff did nothing. Upgrades even if available is not an option

The air conditioning was pretty much not working at all, and in August that is horrible. We had to resort to sitting on the floor to try and keep a little cooler. The bathroom and shower had no ventilation. The air feels old and stuffy. The robes were rough. This is not a 5-star hotel. It definitely did not feel like any other 5-star hotel we have been to. Maybe a 3 or 4 star. Breakfast was the best part of our stay. It was lovely with great variety. The staff were very nice and polite. Not bad overall, but definitely much below our expectations.

We stayed in the garden suite for 4 nights and it was exceptional, our own little apartment in the back. An absolutely spectacular stay, out of the tourist area but about a 20 minute walk to all the major sites. Staff were very friendly.

Veey few facilities within the room. No coffee or tea, no ironing facilities. Air conditiong did not work the first night

A beautiful quiet hotel, away from the hustle and bustle. Service was impeccable. We stayed in a suite overlooking the park, and the bed was one of the most comfiest I had stayed in. Thoroughly recommend!
