We were happy at how nice everything looks. But we’re sad to find out the rooms are not able to be climate controlled normally. The first night there was extremely hot. So in the morning we had our balcony door open and within minutes, the maintenance guy showed up and told us we needed to close our door per the manager. He explained that the heating and cooling is very old in the building. So he changed it over to fan only and it was still way too hot for our second night. On a positive note, we chose to stay at Embassy suites because of how amazing the breakfast is. They did not disappoint. All of the people working there were so kind to us and our children.

I love that hotel, only thing is that practically ever surface was dusty like it had not been dusted in awhile.

Perfect place to stay for purposes of my business trip. Room was in good condition, fitness room large, breakfast selection good.

Clean, comfortable, free breakfast, free drinks, great staff, all around nice vibe. I never met an Embassy Suites I didn't like

Bathroom is tiny and needs to be updated but other than that we had a great stay!

It was an amazing stay but some people need to get ahold of their kids because they were knocking on my door and running.

We stayed one night for my daughter's 9th birthday. We had a great time, and she and my niece thought it was the best hotel they had ever stayed in (they have stayed in several hotels.) One gave it a 6,000 out of 6,000, and the other gave it infinity out of infinity. LOL. They particularly enjoyed the pool, breakfast, the balcony, the room overall, and liked being able to see out of the elevators. I enjoyed all of those things as well, particularly the room, which was spacious and comfortable. The balcony was nice, as we were on the back side of the hotel and could see the pond behind it. Breakfast was nice as well (the personalized omelette station was a hit with us all.) And happy hour in the evening was also a nice touch. The staff was helpful and professional, and parking was plentiful and convenient. Also the hotel is located in an area close to multiple dining and shopping options. The pool was great for the girls; they had a lot of fun, even though it was fairly busy while we were there, and could be pretty loud with lots of kids. If one had sensitive ears, they may consider earplugs. Overall we had a fantastic time, and would certainly stay in this hotel again.

The hotel was nice. The breakfast was great! The rooms were ice cold and we could not warm them up. We ended up sleeping with window open to get some heat in the room. Bring blankets:)
