I booked a room on Hotels.com. The site said it only had a two queen bed room available, so I booked it. At check-in, I asked the lady if there is a king bed room available. She went to check, and the male manager yelled at her and said no. I have been at this hotel many times, and the parking structure was not full at all. He yelled and said they were sold out. I got up to the room, and it was two double beds, not queen beds. The toilet was also clogged up. I called downstairs to see if I can change rooms, and again, the middle eastern male manager yelled, no sold out. Had to wait 30 minutes for someone with a plunger for the toilet. after 10 minutes, he was not able to unclog the toilet. 30 minutes later, he came back with a long snake. after another 10 minutes, he unclogged the toilet, but left toilet water all over the bathroom floor and the entry. I asked the maid in the hallway if she could mop it up, and she said no, I had to call downstairs. After calling down the front desk, the rude male manager said he would send someone up. I needed to shower and had a business meeting, so I asked the maid in the hallway for towels to mop up the toilet water. she said no and I had to call downstairs. I called the front desk, and someone did bring up towels so I could wipe up the toilet water that their maintence man dripped all over the floor. The room was remodelled with new wallpaper, but the window unit air conditioner was noisy and made the room humid. The c

The service was not good and the condition of the rooms isn´t good. The location is the only positive for this hotel.

A lot of extra fees

Our stay was average. The room and comfort levels were basic. The mattresses were really worn in and the sleep quality we received was underwhelming.

Location is perfect honestly. The only issue is the room was very dirty. Floors were filthy like it was not mopped in months. Very gross

Charged $50 a day for parking even as a guest. Curtains don’t fully close, poor too cleaning and bathroom was in poor repair. Definitely not worth the money and staff didn’t seem to care

The hotel was run down and in poor condition. The worst hotel experience ever. I asked to switch rooms and they gave me the same room with the same conditions. It took 4:30 for the shower to get hot. Broken outlets, filthy bathroom, grout and fixtures. Not what you expect when paying $300 a night. I could not get comfortable being their. The pictures shown prior to the reservation where drastically different than reality.

The room was so bad it stunk and only 1 light worked ha. Couldn’t sleep from all the noise and light coming in from the broken window treatments.

Since I was driving into West Hollywood I overestimated my arrival by 4 hours and they had my room ready and let me check-in. That was big relief after driving in horrible traffic for awhile

Perfect location in West Hollywood. Close to shopping areas, dining, bars, and convenient stores. Have stayed there before, and will likely stay there again. It is perfect for my needs whenever in LA !!!

This was a nice hotel. It was clean and had nice rooms. WiFi was not working well or was really slow. It didn’t seem to have signal where my room was. One of the elevators was broken while I was there. so there was usually a line at the elevator. I didn’t have time to use some of the amenities, so I can’t speak to that, but overall, the hotel offered what I needed and was in a very good location which was walkable to all the activities of WeHo

The bathtub drains so slow. The Guests upstairs have heavy feet.

No dining. False advertising.. no outside pool.. no amenities. Expensive parking

I have been staying at the Plaza since 2014. The Staff is excellent!! I was in We Ho and needed to do a taping for work. They were upgrading the system and no one would give me a consistent answer. I do not believe this was the fault of your staff, I believe the computer company working on the upgrade was no help to them. I had to cancel a very important lunch engagement and my taping wed morning finally was enabled Thursday evening. Because of inconsistency of WIFI and progress reports , both wed and thurs were ruined in anticipation of completing my work. I have to give special commendation to Hugo who tried everything to help. The rest of my stay was still troubled by the lack of improvement in the so-called upgrade. Did they hire the same company that ruined Delta's upgrade. It was my worse visit in 10 years.

This is my second stay at the Ramada West Hollywood. Staff are friendly, easy to communicate with and very helpful and accommodating! Room was very comfortable. Love the pool! Perfect location to everything in the area! I didn’t get any maid service but I slept in late everyday and honestly, I had everything I needed for my stay. Will ALWAYS stay here when I return to L.A.!! Also, having Enterprise rental was so convenient!!! Thank you!!!!

Where do i start? First, the photos on line tell a lie! The description of amenities is another lie!!! There is NO restaurant or bar! When i asked at front desk, the clerk said 'no we don't have any, but they are down the street' i replied w/ that's not what your web site says. NO EXPLANATION! The entrance, lobby & elevator ALL dark, scary, filthy!! We felt like we were in a scary movie!! The clerk is behind Plexiglas like if you were in a bank,We were told that they don't offer room service or cleaning unless you ask. The place is so old, dirty! We NEVER NEVER put our feet on the carpet ALWAYS had socks on! The air conditioner filters, systems never cleaned, you can feel the musty mold in the air, we shut it off opened window! So unhealthy for anyone w/ allergies or asthma! WHY we stayed you ask? Because my brother is sick, & we needed to book fast & close to Cedar Sinai. Our options were limited w/ our time frame w/o spending a fortune. Either way no hotel should ever operate like this & FALSELY advertise themselves!! It should be illegal! Which i thought false advertising was!! Hotels.com should do better back ground work on who they have on their platform!! Actually so should the other 3rd party apps.

I wasn't informed of the mandatory parking fee when the reservation was made. I had to pay $200.00 for parking.... ridiculous!! I had issues with the tub valve not defending. Someone was sent, but he really didn't know what he was doing either. Secondly, there was an issue with the drang pug. It took forever for the water to drang out. The televisions were turning off and on by themselves. Just issue after issue. I contacted the front desk, but no help at all. Then the next day I contacted the manager, but he was very, very rude. No resolution for my issues. I should at least to be given half of a refund!

Pool was good, location was ok, the room size was decent. It’s was very dated and the aircon was very noisy.

The hotel is a bit tired but the rooms are clean have good comfortable beds and good showers. There in summer so the pool was a great asset. Staff very helpful especially Lenny.

Good location, however the wall between rooms is very thin, we can literally hear the next door guests' conversation loud and clear. So no privacy there.

Stayed for 3 days and provided no body wash or shampoo, even when I asked multiple times. In order to get room service, you have to call a day in advanced. No complimentary water offered. Cleaners only make bed and clean nothing else. Parking for only an hour is $18, each night is $50. Would not recommend.

Typical chain hotel that was clean, organized, and safe. Only two issues kept me from leaving a 5-star review: The refillable shampoo and conditioner bottles were completely empty, and we had to park on the street to walk to the lobby to check in.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location - if you need to be in West Hollywood - it's great. The reception is like walking in to a cold bank. Staff are so unfriendly. The hotel lacks any kind of charisma, charm or character. It hasn't seen a lick of paint in a long time. It's old and tired. I heard from one member of staff that the owners will not invest in it as it's busy due to the location - good luck to them.. i won't be back
