Wonderful place. Located near the Stephansplatz with easy access to Viennas amazing subway system. Quiet at night so sleep is possible. Friendliest staff with the best breakfast buffet I’ve had (and I always look for hotels with an included breakfast). Great restaurant at night also. Hotel definitely improved my stay

A/C did not cool off room at all. Terribly hot all the time. We had to open windows and it was very noisy

Old-style somewhat worn hotel with perfect location 2 minutes walk from Stefansplatz and the Dome. We had a room towards the street but the room was surprisingly quiet with double isolation windows. OK breakfast. Dog-friendly, we could take our dog to the breakfast restaurant. The hotel is on a pedestrian street but you can drive to twenty meters from the hotel entrance to leave your bags. As a hotel guest you have a discount when parking in the garage under the Marriot hotel, ten minutes walk away.

A traditional Hotel right in the heart of Vienna. Very friendly atmosphere and attentive staff.

This hotel was so centrally located! Only a few minutes to the Spanish Riding School and St. Peter's, where a concert was held. The breakfast buffet was included, and there was a wide variety of options. We also ate at the Italian restaurant on the premises, which was good. Lots of amenities in the bathroom, including Q-tips. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a leaky AC unit and they fixed it and left us an amazing complimentary tort! Rooms are very small but you can’t beat the location! Amazingly central!

The great: location, downstairs restaurant for dinner, nice of them to bring a cake for my birthday. The bad: beds very uncomfortable and creaky, pillows basically flat (but thankfully they brought us more pillows upon request) hotel is non smoking but it reeks of smoke in the upstairs hallways, the front desk kind of unhelpful - asked them for a restaurant recommendation for birthday dinner and the reply was “whatever you want, they’re all good” which was possibly the least helpful advice ever.

It is an older hotel with lots of history so we weren’t expecting modern. But it was still clean and the staff was friendly! It was so nice to come to a room that was cool after being out in the heat all day!

This quaint, historic hotel in Vienna is centrally located, yet very quiet! While the crowds outside are looking for shopping and dining options, our room was quiet and peaceful. We easily walked to major attractions from here, including the Sisi Museum, Albertina Museum, Spanish Riding School and so much more. The staff was extremely accommodating and top notch! We highly recommend Hotel Graben

Great location right in city center near all the shops, museums, and restaurants. Room was very nice and quiet I was a little concerned being that it’s an older building and a boutique type hotel but this was fantastic. The front desk and other staff very friendly too.

The bed was very hard - they need to update their mattresses. The A/C went out on a very hot weekend and we were told they could not fix it until the following day. We slept with the windows open and MAJOR construction right outside at sunrise.

Great location very close to key attractions. We liked the breakfast and the dining room staff were super nice. We had a late flight and the check-in receptionist was kind of rude but day time staff were very helpful.
