Another fantastic stay! I love this place :)

The staff was excellent, the bed was comfortable and a good breakfast offered in the morning. My room smelled a bit musty when I first arrived, but turning on the air helped.

Everything was great except the breakfast was a disaster, the hotel workers and or manager did not enforce the no taking food to go policy and a guest packed up a very large amount of food and depleted the whole breakfast, another guest complained to the staff and manager to replenish the food but was denied because breakfast ends at 9:30 am he then got to a shouting match with the manager I think 🤔 . It was 9:25 when we got there and the food was gone 😡 Management could have handled the situation better.

When we arrived there was a prostitute walking out of one of your hotel rooms then she waited on the corner.. Outdated, old facility, didn’t feel safe, didn’t even have a tub

Friendly and excellent customer service especially when I left my toiletry bag in the room.

The staff that checked me last night was polite and quick. The pool was great as my kids watched fireworks. And the suite was comfortable even when I got an extra child added to my parry last minute. Would book again

The towels were scratchy and pretty worn.Should be replaced. Elevator was not working properly. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean, but there were no safety bars in the shower. Room air conditioners blew on us. Hard to keep the air stable.

I have stayed at this property numerous times. It has consistently proven to be a good place to stay while I am visiting the Los Angeles/Pasadena area. I recommend it highly! Excellent staff and customer service.

This BW is clean, has a decent breakfast included in the price. Our room was quiet and the cable TV had a number of channels. For the price it was a reasonable deal.

We wanted a hotel with security door & hallway with rooms - when we got there it was motel. The area was old & other motels in the area were lesser - some even shady/questionable? Limited amenities nearby - fast food but nothing recognizable for us from Canada. No family diners or upper middle class restaurant. We were told it is a safe, low crime area but there was questionable evidence of street presence all about the area. Train was nearby and was useful in going to Old Pasadena for a day. Good hospitality from helpful BW staff & citizens in the area that we encountered during the day. All wanted to help. I have a BW Rewards Card & we stayed 4 nights & many signs said “Stay 2 nights & get 3rd night free. I asked for this & also my points & the BW Staff said they could not do anything since Expedia booked for us. I have had BW Rewards for over 20 years & I got no perks out of this stay.

Everything was excellent

Overall everything was ok. Its an old motel that had some upgrades quite a while ago. Exterior doors. Breakfast was okay, had several options. There are lots of signs and 'rules' posted everywhere, lots of restrictions. Don't do this, dont do that. The message it sent was we weren't in a great area and the hotel is stingy. We stayed in a suite. Glad we had the separate sleeping room as the exterior door had a significant gap on the bottom. Bathroom smelled like cigarettes.

The hotel was decent rooms are a bit nicer then the best western next door ..

Nice overall, the main road gets busy and noisy on Friday and Saturday nights

The service at the Front desk was very friendly and welcoming. There are several Restaurants Just around the Corner so you dont need to get into the car again after a Long day. The room was big and comfy. Breakfast is ok for one day. There is Always an Egg dish and potatoes. We Had little sausages too. And there was a Waffel and Pancake maker for self use. I Loved the waffles. See you next time for Sure.
