Beautiful place and great people

Great place to stay we stayed in a suite ocean front couldn’t ask for better Valet parking couldn’t ask for better service We will definitely be back

Love this hotel. Starbucks in lobby. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast was great. Easy access to beach. Chair and umbrella rental $40 a day you can come and go. Its till 5pm only but they tend to put everything away more like 3pm. Parking $20 valet or self park same rate. They do have EV charging. Check in and out easy and quick. Pool was nice.

The stay was good but when we entered the room there were no bath towels in the bathroom so we had to request them from the front desk.

Another tremendous stay at the Crowne Plaza Melbourne - Oceanfront. By far the best oceanfront hotel in Melbourne, FL. Their oceanfront suites are fantastic! I've stayed in suite 724 and now 824. Views and sunsets/sunrises to die for. Big shout out to Joe (check-in), Tia (Check-out), Whitney & Karen (Breakfast) and a special mention to Emma (Longboards) who's hospitality and courtesy went above & beyond. Thank You! An extra-special mention to the front-desk manager - Sean. From our email exchanges before I arrived, to accommodating my requests & chatting in the foyer. Sean is an absolute gentleman and a credit to the hotel. Looking forward to my 3rd stay when I return to Melbourne in December :)

To address a few issues first, the parking was pretty confusing but the valet was very nice and explained to us the options. You can either self-park across the street near the fire station and use the pedestrian bridge to return to the hotel or opt for the valet service for a fee. This setup was somewhat frustrating, as we preferred easy access to our car. Also, the AC in our room worked sporadically. We woke up throughout the night from the heat and would have to try and turn the it on. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. Disregarding those things, the stay was otherwise pleasant. The room we had was very clean and we got a balcony facing the water. The view was lovely. The hotel pool was well-maintained, and the beach was conveniently located just behind it. I had a very short stay so I can't attest to any other services. If the parking could be improved I would book again without hesitation.

Amazing view of the ocean from our suite! Parking is not good but not a huge deal. Overall we had a great week!

Food & waitresses were great, but staff was rude about giving us extra of anything.

We love the hotel, but our first room had a horrible odor and lamps rusted. They mived us and have 2 vouchers for drinks, but this room also had a bad odor.. they really need to some deep cleaning and sanitizing to get the odors out of the rooms. The food, the Bar and outside seating was excellent..

Our room smelled terrible and our bed smelled like urine but the location was good and the staff was nice

Breakfast was the only disappointment. Everything else was top notch. At $20 a person for breakfast I would have rather gone somewhere else. IHOP/Waffle House

We like that it was right in the beach with easy access. We had a great waitress named Maddie at the cabana when it was raining. The room was nice and comfortable. We just didn’t realize the valet parking was required since there was no parking on the premises.

Staff was very nice and location was good. Easy check in and check out. There is valet which we believed was unnecessary as they parked our car a couple feet away from the entrance. Our room had an unpleasant mold smell. We got into bed and noticed a strong urine smell in parts of our mattress.

Nice hotel with oceanfront

Beautiful place great set up by the ocean live music great Food! However, I did feel like because I booked on Expedia at a discount price. We got a lower end room, no balcony, our showerhead was just a drizzle because it was broken. Our AC leaked water on the floor. There’s only one person working in the front desk and was constantly busy so did not want to spend 30 minutes waiting. We just dealt with it.

There is actually free..non valet paking although Stuart at reception said otherwise. The valet people are excellent whether you use them or not. The bedding on the first room I was allocated was soiled and all I was offered was new sheets. I had to make the bed myself having travelled 15 hours from the uk. Finally the bathroom and sorounding area of my furst room was full of mould. Jeanette at reception was excellent and changed my room immensely and apologised profucely. Overall the location was excellent but in my experience the rooms could be updated

Very nice

After taxes and fees, it cost me about 4 bills a night for oceanfront during the week. For that amount you would think breakfast and parking would be complimentary. Think again. They ask for a separate 'holding charge' on a credit card at check-in even though everything was paid in advance. This allows them to tack on random charges at any time without notice or description. Be aware of that. They really push valet parking, which I hate. Never understood the laziness required to let a stranger operate my vehicle for a benefit I can't comprehend. Afterall you drove there in the first place. Overall it was worth about 70% the out-the-door cost. Not terrible, not great. Probably won't return.

Upon arrival to room the beds and floor were sandy and smelly. This was remedied within an hour. Was charged $20 for parking was supposed to be included in reservation but wasn’t. So that was an extre fee

Service was great but our room was full of sand when we received it, we had to clean it twice, our bathroom had a few shower issues but it worked for our short stay, we loved the location and amenities of the hotel
